Kilkudziesięcioletnia aktywność na rynku transformatorowym, zdobyte dzięki temu olbrzymie doświadczenie przy wykonywaniu remontów, modernizacji i produkcji nowych w tym unikalnych jednostek transformatorów, wymogło potrzebę stosowania coraz to bardziej nowoczesnych konstrukcji i technologii. Dlatego w artykule są omówione nowe rozwiązania konstrukcyjno-technologiczne stosowane w Zakładzie Transformatorów przy produkcji oraz modernizacji transformatorów energetycznych i specjalnych. Dodatkowo zostały omówione wyniki badań transformatorów oraz obliczeń potwierdzających wysoki poziom świadczonych usług, będących źródłem ich poprawnej i bezawaryjnej eksploatacji.

Any-years' activity on the transformer market and enormous experience acquired within the field of repair, retrofitting and production of new, sometimes unique transformers, necessitated demanded application of more and more modern designs and technology. Therefore, the article discussed new. Therefore, the article discusses new constructional and technological solutions, applied in Transformers Plant in Energoserwis Lubliniec in manufacturing and retrofitting of power and special transformers. Moreover the discussion covers results of transformer tests and calculations, that confirm a high level of provided services, which ensure their correct and failure-free operation.

Z perspektywy półwiecza zasługi twórcy "łódzkiej szkoły transformatorowej" profesora Eugeniusza Jezierskiego dla nauki przemysłu są bezsporne oraz godne podziwu. W artykule wymieniono i scharakteryzowano również inne krajowe ośrodki, których działalność przyczyniła się do uzyskania w latach 1955-1985 nadzwyczajnego przyspieszenia krajowej produkcji transformatorów i podniesienia poziomu ich eksploatacji.

From the perspective of the half of the century the merits for the science and industry of Professor Eugeniusz Jezierski (he was called the creator of "Łódź transformer school") have been unquestionable and adorable. In the paper are also mentioned and characterised other domestic centres, which activity caused in 1955-1985 the achievement of exceptional acceleration in the domestic transformer manufacturing and rose the transformer operation level.

Pierwszy autotransformator typu RtdxP 125000/220 został wyremontowany przez Energoserwis już w roku 1973. Do końca lat dziewięćdziesiątych przeprowadzono remont 25 autotransformatorów tego typu. Od 1998 roku Energoserwis podjął się szeroko zakrojonej produkcji transformatorów, a konstrukcja nowego autotransformatora znajdowała się od samego początku w ofercie produkcyjnej firmy. Obecnie w Energoserwisie opracowano kilka wariantów nowego autotransformatora ANER3L 160 000/220 o mocach uzwojeń 160/160/16 MVA.

First auto-transformer of the RtdxP 125000/220 type was overhauled by Energoserwis in 1973 already. The overhauls of 25 auto-transformers of this type was made up to the end of nineties of the previous century. Energoserwis began since 1998 the manufacturing of transformers in wide scope, so design of the new auto-transformer has been in the offer of the firm since the very begin of its transformer manufacturing. In Energoserwis have been elaborated several alternatives of the new ANER3L 160 000/220 auto-transformer with winding outputs 160/160/16 MVA.
