Przedstawiono zmiany w wielkości i wartości produkcji substancji organicznych i nieorganicznych w Polsce w latach 2007–2018. Zaobserwowano wzrost produkcji substancji nieorganicznych i spadek produkcji substancji organicznych. Stwierdzono, że substancje organiczne ze względu na swoją budowę są bardziej toksyczne niż substancje nieorganiczne, dlatego wprowadzenie w życie rozporządzenia REACH spowodowało spadek produkcji substancji organicznych.

Changes in the volume and value of org. and inorg. substances produced in Poland in 2007–2018 were presented. Based on the anal. of the available data, an increase in the prodn. of inorg. substances and a decrease in the prodn. of org. ones was obsd. As the org. substances are more toxic than the inorg. ones, the implementation of REACH resulted in a decrease in the prodn. of org. chemicals.

W referacie został przedstawiony stan wiedzy z zakresu technologii autoklawizowanego betonu komórkowego ze szczególnym uwzględnieniem rodzaju i właściwości wyrobów. Wskazane zostały najkorzystniejsze kierunki jego wykorzystania w budownictwie mieszkaniowym i przemysłowym. Przedstawiono istotne aspekty stosowania ABK z zakresu ochrony środowiska i zrównoważonego rozwoju. W końcowej części artykułu przedstawiono kierunki dalszego rozwoju technologii betonu komórkowego z punktu widzenia jego właściwości użytkowych i stosowania w budownictwie.

Based on resent knowledge, the article present technology of autoclaved aerated concrete with information about his properties. Directions for use AAC also include in this article. Important aspects of the application of the AAC in the field of environmental protection and sustainable development are presented. The final part of the article presents directions for further development technology of the AAC, in the context of its properties and the construction industry.

Increasing efficiency of machines and strong competition between companies, popularized the use of measures for maintenance service, designed to increase efficiency and reduce the costs of the machines usage. These indicators, help to achieve the reliability of production centers, eliminating potential events associated with electric, hydraulic and pneumatic failures. The aim of the work was to investigate the dependence of performance indicators used by the maintenance services, with the number of parts produced on automated production lines. Then assessed the relationship between the productivity of the line and the ratio of effective production time and how much time is spent on resolving the failure. Interpretation of measurement helped to make the joint improvement activities in the publication described production plants.

Wahania i okresowe spadki liczby produkowanych samochodów oraz ich sprzedaży, obserwowane w ostatnich latach zarówno w Europie, jak i w Polsce, nie miały istotnego wpływu na rozwój krajowych fabryk opon. Krajowy przemysł gumowy, w tym oponiarski. systematycznie rozwija się. W 2005 roku w porównaniu z 2000 całkowita produkcja opon wzrosła wagowo o 54%. Rozwój dotyczy głównie opon do samochodów osobowych. Liczba opon do samochodów osobowych i dostawczych wyprodukowanych w roku 2005 była większa o 44,4% w porównaniu z 2000 r. Temu wzrostowi towarzyszyło unowocześnienie produkcji, w tym rozszerzenie asortymentu opon z grupy High Performance Tyres. Wielkość produkcji opon do samochodów ciężarowych i autobusów utrzymuje się na zbliżonym poziomie. Jednocześnie obserwuje się spadek wielkości produkcji opon do ciągników i maszyn rolniczych oraz opon wielkogabarytowych diagonalnych. Koszt pracy w Polsce jest niższy niż w krajach Europy Zachodniej. Ponieważ trzy z czterech fabryk opon w Polsce należą do światowych koncernów oponiarskich, obserwowany był systematyczny rozwój eksportu. W przypadku opon do samochodów osobowych stanowi on 70-80% wielkości ich produkcji.

Up to now tyre industry in Poland only a little is influenced by global crisis in vehicle industry observed in Europe since 2000. Tyre industry output increases year by year. In 2005 year a total tyre production increased by 54% by weight if compared with 2000. Volume of tyres produced in Poland is under influence of original equipment supply, replacement market and export. The production growth is enabled to broaden the range of products also. In sector of passenger car tyres, it concerns high performance tyres with a low aspect ratio. The increase in production volume is observed for passenger car tyre. mainly - 44,4% if compared number of pieces in 2005 and 2000, when for truck and bus tyres it is kept on the similar level. Simultaneously, a production volume of off-road diagonal tyres and agricultural tyres has dropped. Cost of production in Poland is lower than in West European countries. Because three of four tyre factories in Poland belong to global tyre producers, all time is observed the development of export sales. Its volume made up 70-80% of the total production of tyres for passenger cars and vans, mostly sold on European markets.
