The scientifically-methodical principles and method of identification of system-products configuration of milk production development programs by domestic dairy farms are worked out. The principles and methods are based on the system and factor approach to the determination of their value, they take into account cause-and-effect relation among the separate objects of configuration and project environment of these programs and they foresee the imitation design of functioning of the marked objects of configuration. It is grounded that identification of system-products configuration of milk production development programs by domestic dairy farms should be performed simultaneously with authentication of systems-foods configuration of feed providing programs of domestic dairy farms. The proposed method of identification of system-products configuration of milk production development programs by domestic dairy farms foresees the realization of nine stages. The procedure was based on system and factor approach and imitation simulation of the functioning of system-products objects of configuration in a changeable project environment. The grounded cause-and-effect relations among the functional indexes of configuration objects of milk production development programs by domestic dairy farms and changeable descriptions of the project environment are the basis of prognostication of resources requirement in separate calendar periods of the functioning of these systems. The cost evaluation of the functioning of system-product development programs of milk production by domestic dairy farms is the basis for the determination of rational (optimal) programs configuration so that the maximal system value of functioning of the marked system is obtained.

Chów bydła mlecznego, jego efekty ekonomiczne i produkcyjne są ściśle uzależnione od struktury gospodarstw rolnych specjalizujących się w tej dziedzinie. Celem prowadzonych badań ankietowych było określenie zmian, które zaszły w okresie ostatnich 20 lat w odniesieniu do stanu wyposażenia technicznego gospodarstw rolnych w środki mechanizacji stosowane do produkcji mleka. Badania zostały przeprowadzone w 2013 r. i objęto nimi 95 gospodarstw specjalizujących się w produkcji mleka usytuowanych w powiecie makowskim i ostrołęckim, w województwie mazowieckim. Uzyskane wyniki wskazują na znaczny wzrost i rozwój wyposażenia technicznego gospodarstw, co przekłada się na zwiększenie obsady zwierząt w gospodarstwie oraz poprawę ich dobrostanu.

Dairy cattle breeding, it’s economic and production effects are strictly dependent on the structure of agricultural holdings specialized in the art. In Poland there are many farms focused on milk production, but their held stocks are in average four times smaller than in the same farms of other EU countries and the yield of dairy cows is approx. 20% smaller. The aim of the survey study was to determine the changes that have taken place over the last 20 years in relation to the state of farm equipment in mechanization measures used in milk production. The study was conducted in 2013 and it included 95 farms specialized in milk production located in the district of Maków and Ostrołęka, in the Mazowieckie province. The results indicate a significant level of increase and modernization of technical equipment, which translates into an increasing number of animals held on the farm and the improvement of their living conditions and hygiene.

Artykuł dotyczy oceny trendów efektywności w produkcji mleka. Ekonomika produkcji mleka zależy od kosztów własnych oraz innych wskaźników. W 2008 roku w chowie krów mlecznych koszty pasz stanowiły 40,74% kosztów całkowitych. Ponieważ udział kosztów pasz jest bardzo wysoki, w sposób zasadniczy wpływają one na koszty jednostkowe produktu. Stopień tego wpływu jest zróżnicowany i zależny od intensywności produkcji. W artykule przedstawiono wykorzystanie modeli ekonometrycznych w ocenie trendów efektywności produkcji mleka na Słowacji.

The paper concerns evaluation of of trends in the efficiency of milk production. The economics of milk production depends on their cost and other indicators. In 2008, the rearing of dairy feed costs accounted for 40.74% of total costs. Since the share of feed costs are very high, they affect in a decisive way to the unit cost of the product. Mileage impact on the utility of their own unit costs is variable and depends on the intensity of production. The paper presents the use of econometric models to assess trends in the efficiency of milk production in Slovakia.
