Logistical processes in military aviation organizations

This article examines airbases as organizational units of the Polish Air Force from the perspective of executing logistical processes, with a particular emphasis on multirole aircraft maintenance processes. We selected air force bases that deal with multirole aircraft in order to become acquainted with the opinions of service processing executors. The observations of most immediate executors of the processes allow us to examine the possibilities for their enhancement and development. We presented the dependencies between different factors occurring in logistics processes, and their relationships and conditionings [3, 6, 7]. We described these factors using comparative parameters by means of the analysis and tools recommended in the science of management [2, 3, 8], while the collected material was developed using statistical tools and computer software [1]. The article is illustrated with numerous pictures and tables.

W pracy skupiono się na omówieniu koncepcji systemu wsparcia decyzyjnego w obszarze utrzymania środków transportowych. W pierwszym kroku przedstawiono podstawowe definicje. Następnie omówiono przegląd literatury obejmujący problematykę projektowania systemów wsparcia decyzyjnego w obszarach funkcjonowania systemów technicznych, ze szczególnym uwzględnieniem systemów logistycznych i transportowych. Pozwoliło to na przedstawienie koncepcji systemu wspomagania decyzji w obszarze utrzymania środków transportu wraz z określeniem podstawowych założeń systemu, danych wejściowych, czy konkluzji. W podsumowaniu wskazano potencjalne problemy do rozwiązania w analizowanym obszarze.

The article is focused on the investigation of conception of decision support system for means of transport maintenance processes performance. Thus, in the first step the main definitions are presented. Later, the main literature overview on decision support systems designing in the area of technical systems performance is given. This overview is focused on logistics and transportation systems performance. This let authors introduce the conception of decision support system for means of transport maintenance processes performance. There are presented the main assumptions, input data and conclusions defined in authors solution. In the summary Section, there are underlined the potential problems, which will have to be solved during the next steps of the researchers performance.

W artykule skupiono się na omówieniu koncepcji systemu wspomagania decyzji w obszarze utrzymania środków transportowych. Zdefiniowano podstawowe decyzje, jakie są podejmowane w procesie funkcjonowania systemów transportowych. Przedstawiono przegląd literatury obejmujący problematykę modelowania systemów wspomagania decyzji w analizowanym obszarze. Przedstawiono proces podejmowania decyzji dotyczących utrzymania środków transportu oraz określono podstawowe założenia do modelu wraz ze wskazaniem potencjalnych problemów do rozwiązania w tym obszarze.
