W artykule przedstawiono wyniki badań zdolności jakościowej procesu wytwarzania trzpieni zasuwy. Wykazano, że zastosowanie selekcyjnej metody montażu umożliwia rozszerzenie tolerancji wykonawczych (przy spełnieniu wymagań konstrukcyjnych) oraz zwiększenie wartości wskaźników, które często stanowią dowód spełnienia wymagań klienta. Przedstawiono również zależność umożliwiającą wyznaczenie minimalnych wartości wskaźników zapewniających niezawodny przebieg procesu montażu.

The article presents the results of qualitative capability investigations of the process production of the gate valve pins. It shows that the use of the selective method of the assembly extends executive tolerances (on condition of meeting constructional requirements) and increases coefficient value that often is a proof that customer requirements are fulfilled. Furthermore, this article shows that dependence enables to determine minimum values of coefficients assuring the reliable course of the assembly process.

Quality assessment of aluminized steel tubes

The results of assessments of the welded steel tubes with the Al-Si coating intended for the motorization needs – are presented in the paper. The measurement of mechanical properties, tube diameters and thickness, internal flash heights as well as the alternative assessment of the weld quality were performed. The obtained results are presented by means of tools available in the Statistica program and macroscopic observations.
