Brak wystarczających środków finansowych sektora publicznego na pokrycie kosztów, w tym zarówno na przygotowanie, jak i realizację niektórych zadań miejskich w miastach Europy Zachodniej, przyczyniło się do poszukiwania nowych rozwiązań. Przedsięwzięcia takie realizowane są najczęściej na zasadzie współdziałania podmiotów publicznych, działających w ramach inwestycji celu publicznego oraz prywatnych inwestorów, promotorów, przedsiębiorstw. Proces realizacji wielofunkcyjnych zespołów biurowych, powstałych w ostatnich pięćdziesięciu latach, pokazuje złożone procesy realizacji i koordynacji działań związanych z kształtowaniem środowiska miejskiego. W artykule przybliżono go na podstawie szczegółowej analizy wielofunkcyjnego zespołu biurowego Potsdamer Platz.

The lack of sufficient public sector financial resources to cover the costs in Western European cities, including the preparation and implementation of some of the city tasks contributed searching new solutions. Such projects are usually carried out on the basis of cooperation between public entities operating within the framework of public and private investors, promoters, businesses etc. The process of implementing multifunctional office complexes has shown the complex processes of implementing and coordinating the activities related to shaping the urban environment in the last fifty years. The process of shaping and realization of the office complex is illustrated in the example of the multi-purpose Potsdamer Platz.

After 1945, the situation of the Catholic Church in Poland has undergone radical changes. In years 1945-2000 there was a very dynamic time for systemic economic change in our country, determining the formation of architecture also influencing its aesthetic qualities. This applies especially to religious architecture, whose free development during this period was strongly disturbed. New conditions in which investors had to operate the church - makers after 1945 the construction of temples, significantly influenced the possibility of proper functioning and development of the sacral. This article attempts to analyze the basic mechanisms directly affecting the process of investment-realization and, consequently, the evolution of architectural forms of contemporary churches, performed in the Archdiocese of Cracow in 1945-2000.

Problematyka artykułu poświęcona jest zagadnieniom komunikacji kryzysowej w firmie motoryzacyjnej, które zilustrowano na przykładzie doświadczeń jednego z czołowych przedsiębiorstw tego sektora - Toyoty. Prezentowana analiza podkreśla wysiłki, jakie firma podejmuje dla utrzymania reputacji i dobrego wizerunku w oczach konsumentów, udziałowców i interesariuszy rynku. W sytuacji kryzysowej wykorzystuje strategię komunikacji, której główne założenia opierają się o przekaz informacji prawdziwych, mówienia wspólnym głosem oraz zadośćuczynienia powstałego problemu. Proces realizacji komunikacji kryzysowej przedstawiono w ujęciu operacyjnym, organizacyjnym i instrumentalnym.

Issues of this article is devoted to issues of crisis communications in the automotive business, which is illustrated on the example of the experience of one of the leading companies in the industry - Toyota. The analysis presented highlights the efforts it has taken to maintain the reputation and good image in the eyes of consumers, shareholders and stakeholders of the market. In a crisis situation using communication strategy with the main assumptions are based on real information transfer, speaking with one voice and to redress the problem. The implementation of crisis communications is presented in terms of operational, organizational and instrumental.
