An analysis of the problem of introducing low-energy and pro-ecological architecture to the existing housing structure has been made in the context if its influence on habitable conditions. An attempt has been taken at compiling a list of categories that shape habitability conditions. The problem in question has been illustrated by an example of a housing estate developed in the 1960s.

In this article the possibility of use the LCA as a tool to do estimation and to compare the production's influence, use and the neutralizing articles on environment. Presented results are applying to the ecological comparison of the two cars of the Mercedes S350 mark with different engines and exploitation of them to advertising campaign of a new car and to create the new image of corporation.

W artykule zaprezentowano możliwość wykorzystania narzędzia jakim jest LCA do oceny i porównania wpływu produkcji, użytkowania i unieszkodliwiania wyrobów na środowisko. Zamieszczone wyniki dotyczą porównania ekologicznego dwóch samochodów marki Mercedes S350 z różnymi silnikami i wykorzystania ich w kampanii reklamowej nowego samochodu oraz stworzeniu nowego wizerunku korporacji.
