Wycena prac projektowych od wielu lat jest tematem, który wywołuje wiele zróżnicowanych poglądów i stanowisk. Bardzo ważne i przydatne jest nowe wydanie Środowiskowych Zasad Wycen Prac Projektowych - to materiał informacyjny i pomocniczy do określania cen prac projektowych. Wielu inwestorów nie zdaje sobie sprawy, że tania i niedopracowana dokumentacja projektowa nie wpływa na obniżenie kosztów realizowanej inwestycji. Zwykle jest wręcz odwrotnie.

Valuation of design works is a topic which for years has caused many different opinions and standpoints. The newest version of Środowiskowe Zasady Wycen Prac Projektowych (an information aid for determining prices for designing works) is immensely important and helpful. Many investors are not aware of the fact that a cheap and crude design documentation does not lower the costs of the executed investment. Often it is quite the opposite.

In this paper we compare two pricing rules in the context of bandwidth trade. Allocation and pricing rules, together with a set of signals received from independent agents, constitute a market mechanism. In the paper we analyze two pricing rules: well known Vickrey-Clarke-Groves rule (VCG) and the parametric pricing rule (PPR).We apply these pricing rules to the allocation rule specified by the balancing communication bandwidth trade model (BCBT).

W niniejszej pracy porównamy reguły rozliczeń zaprojektowane dla handlu na aukcjach i giełdach towarowych. Przeanalizujemy regułę aukcyjną znaną z literatury jako Modified Vickrey Double Auction oraz zaproponowaną przez autorów parametryczną regułę wyceny dla giełd towarowych. Następnie na podstawie przykładów ilustracyjnych porównamy właściwości powyższych reguł opłat. Zaproponujemy również algorytm poprawy rozwiązania zmniejszający niezbilansowanie budżetu.

In the paper we compare two pricing rales designed for stock exchanges and auction markets. We analyze the Modified Vickrey Double Auction known from the literature, and the parametric pricing rale, developed by us for the exchanges. We compare properties of these rales on the basis of illustrative examples. We also propose an algorithm which reduces the budget unbalance.
