W artykule przedstawiono wyniki wybranych badań laboratoryjnych certyfikowanych modułów (paneli) służących do wznoszenia budynków o drewnianej konstrukcji w autorskiej technologii Wood Core House (WCH). Rozwiązanie to może być stosowane zarówno do budowy nowych obiektów mieszkalnych czy użyteczności publicznej, jak również stosowane w modernizacjach, remontach lub nadbudowach budynków istniejących - z uwagi na ich mały ciężar. Rozwiązanie to łączy prefabrykację elementów z bezpośrednim montażem na budowie bez użycia ciężkiego sprzętu. Czyli umożliwia wykonanie konstrukcji drewnianej ścian tam, gdzie dojazd ciężkiego sprzętu jest utrudniony.

This paper presents the results of selected laboratory tests of certified modules (panels) for the construction of timber-framed buildings using the author's Wood Core House (WCH) technology. This solution can be used both for the construction of new residential or public buildings, as well as applied in the modernisation, renovation or superstructure of existing buildings - due to their low weight. This solution combines prefabrication of the elements with direct assembly on site without the use of heavy equipment. This means that it is possible to build a wooden wall structure where access for heavy equipment is difficult.

W artykule przedstawiono propozycję budowy domów z elementów drewnianych klejonych. Na przykładzie pokazano proces scalania gotowych prefabrykatów, jako elementy ścian budynków. W artykule przedstawiono wyniki badań wstępnych wytrzymałości na zginanie i ściskanie elementów drewnianych klejonych.

The article presents the proposal for the construction of ecological houses made of glued wood. The example shows the process of merging finished elements of building walls. The article presents the results of preliminary tests, bending strength and compression of glued wooden elements.

Structural solutions for building structures using prefabricated concrete elements are still very popular, which may be indicated by the size of the global construction output in precast technology. The subject of the greatest interest, among the items made in precast plants (also in Poland), are reinforced and prestressed floor systems. Selected recent, and most commonly used in building practice, solutions for residential, public and industrial buildings are given in this paper. The aim of the Authors of this article is to encourage the environment of investors, architects and civil engineers to use a wide range of new solutions in prefabricated floors, especially those made of prestressed concrete.
