The consumer's right for complete information about tourism service is one of the most import ant rights in consumer law. Quality requirements regarding the Level of service are high because competition in the market of tourism services is big. Besides Polish tourists more and more of ten visit countries out of Europe. The European legislator tries to follow new needs in the field of tourism. However tourism entrepreneurs not always cope with the problem of responsibility for the quality of their services. Consumers-tourists often face the lack of information concerning selected touristic event. Presented in the article author's model of consumer's information law has many gaps what shows that consumer's education is not good enough.
