Zaletą stosowania deskowań systemowych jest unifikacja ich podzespołów, przekładająca się na wzrost wydajności pracy. Właściwie dobrane ich rozwiązanie do statyki i masy deskowanego elementu w sposób znaczący wpływa na efektywność realizacji żelbetowych robót monolitycznych. Z kolei błędne decyzje i założenia dotyczące rozwiązania wzmocnienia formy prowadzą zarówno do zwiększenia kosztów ich dzierżawy, jak również do nieplanowanego wydłużenia czasu realizacji żelbetowych robót monolitycznych. W artykule podjęto problematykę błędów przy realizacji robót żelbetowych monolitycznych na etapie konstrukcji deskowań systemowych. Studium przypadku poparto przykładem awarii ustroju szalunkowego w trakcie betonowania belki żelbetowej.

The advantage of using system formwork is the unification of their components, which translates into an increase in work efficiency. Their proper solution to the statics and weight of the boarded element significantly affects the efficiency of monolithic reinforced concrete works. In turn, wrong decisions and assumptions about the solutions to strengthen the form lead to both to increase the cost of their lease, as well as to the unplanned extension of the duration of monolithic reinforced concrete works. The article deals with the problem of errors in the implementation of monolithic reinforced concrete works at the stage of system formwork construction. The case study is supported by an example of a failure of the formwork system during concreting of a reinforced concrete beam.

Construction objects are anthropogenic objects that meet human needs in the area of housing. They should be designed, made and used in a way ensuring the safety of people and property at every stage of its life cycle. To achieve this effect, the cooperation of designers, contractors and users of the facility is required. It is especially important for building contracting. Safe construction implementation requires the design of technology and organization of works. The article characterizes selected aspects of construction production engineering that should be taken into account when designing the technology and organization of monolithic works.
