Opinka obudowy wyrobisk korytarzowych stanowi zabezpieczenie wyrobiska przed opadaniem drobnych odłamków skał. Najczęściej stosowaną formą opinki są okładziny siatkowe zaczepowe. Alternatywną, tańszą jej formą może być powłoka TEKFLEX. Celem badań było dostarczenie argumentów dla rozszerzenia zakresu dopuszczenia TEKFLEX'u do stosowania w kopalniach. Badania przeprowadzono metodą elementów skończonych, iteracyjnie metodą Newtona-Raphsona jako nieliniowe z uwzględnieniem dużych przemieszczeń [4,5].

The lagging of roadways support constitutes the protection of a roadway against the fall of tiny rock chips. The most common shapes of lagging are welded steel wire nets with catches. Their alternative and cheaper shape is the TEKFLEX coating. The purpose of the research was to deliver arguments for the extension of admittance of TEKFLEX use in coal mines. A basic research method for the discussed analyses constitutes the finite element method. Thus research was carried out iteratively with the Newton-Raphson method as nonlinear with consideration of large displacements [4,5].

W referacie przedstawiono wyniki badań modelowych powłoki TEKFLEX - nowego, efektywnego rozwiązania opinki obudowy chodnikowej. Wszystkie analizy przeprowadzono metodą elementów skończonych za pomocą modułu NSTAR sytemu COSMOS/M [3, 4]. Celem badań było dostarczenie argumentów do rozszerzenia zakresu stosowania TEKFLEXu, ujętego w dopuszczeniu Prezesa WUG.

The lagging of roadways support consists of various types of lap lining (e.g. steel wire nets) on the whole circuit of a frame from the side of the breakout. It constitutes the protection of a roadway against the fall of tiny rock chips, thus it transfers the weight of a loosen /.one around the roadway to the frame. The most cammon shape of lagging are welded steel wire nets with catches. TEKFLEX constitutes mineral and organic shotcrete of a flexible membrane features. It carries out coatings of broad application in underground mining excavations. The first carried out test constituted ihc simulation of a tension test. The basic material and strenght parameters have been defined from diagrams of tension test carried out according to standard ASTM D 638. The results of simulation permited to check correctness of modelling. The next test was comparative analyses of welded net and TEKFLEX coating tested by FEM. Coatings of 1.1 x 0.5m in dimensions and of 4 + 8 mm thick were subject to the analyses. The last test carried out was the strength test of TEKFLEX coating closing the frame (dimension 1.0m x 1.0m) at the bottom. The coating was loaded on the whole surface with the pressure originating from rock mass weight filling up the frame.
