In article we presented results of investigations of self-lubricating porous bearing impregnated by greases. These bushes were worked on special research stand under conditions of different load and rubbing speed, but constant p´v value. We also performed initial durability test (1000 hours) for chosen porous bearings. The linear wear, lubricant loss, change of hardness and surface roughness of bearings were also measured.

The influence of lubricants on operating characteristic of porous sliding bearings has been investigated in this work. Porous bushes based on Fe powder and base mineral and synthetic grease have been tested. Tests in start-stop regime with measurement of temperature and resistance to motion have been performed.
