W pracy przedstawiono nowe konstrukcje tulei porowatych o gradientowym rozkładzie przepuszczalności w kierunku osiowym i obwodowym. Przeprowadzone obliczenia teoretyczne rozkładu ciśnienia w łożyskach z tulejami o gradientowym rozkładzie przepuszczalności wykazały znaczący wzrost nośności tych łożysk w stosunku do łożysk z tulejami izotropowymi dotychczas produkowanymi ze standardowych proszków żelaza.

The new design for porous bushes with the gradient permeability distribution in the longitudinal and the peripheral direction has been presented. The elaborated theoretical calculations of pressure distribution in bearings with bushes of the gradient permeability distribution have demonstrated conciderable increase in bearing capacity relative to bearings with the hither to produced isotropic bushes, made of conventionale standard sintered iron powder. The bushes with the gradient permeability distribution in the axial direction are constituted from two layers of fine powders, of the grain diameter less than 0,05 mm placed in the middle neighborhood of thy bush faces and the middle layer, made up coarser grains of diameter 0,1<,=d<,=0,15 mm. The bushes of the peripheral gradient included segments made up of fine powder on the periphery in the selected places where the maximum pressures in the lubricating film occur.
