The paper presents the information system for the cognitive analysis and modeling based on fuzzy cognitive map. The system allows to analyze the information of the experts to model complex systems and processes. Describes the structure of the system and the features of the functioning and implementation.

Przedstawiono system informacji do analizy i modelowania poznawczego opartego na rozmytej mapie poznawczej. System pozwala na analizę informacji ekspertów w celu modelowania złożonych systemów i procesów. Opisano strukturę systemu oraz cechy funkcjonowania i realizacji.

Do połowy XX wieku w poprzek Kanału Panamskiego nie było stałych połączeń. Transport odbywał się promami lub przez śluzy, gdy były zamknięte. Pierwszy most wybudowany w połowie XX wieku ma stalową konstrukcję kratową z łukiem na przęśle głównym o rozpiętości 344 m. Drugi most wybudowany na początku XXI wieku jest mostem podwieszonym na dwóch pylonach o długości 1052 m.

Until medium of 20th century, there is no permanent connection across Panama Canal. Transport took place by ferries and by sluices when they were closed. The first bridge constructed in the medium of 20th century has steel framework structure with arch on main span 344 m long. The second one is stay-cable bridge 1052 m long suspended on two pylons.
