W Głównym Urzędzie Miar (GUM) rozwijana jest dziedzina pomiarów wysokich rezystancji. Wyposażenie pomiarowe umożliwia wzorcowania rezystorów do 1 PΩ. Specyfika takich pomiarów wymaga stosowania specjalnych rozwiązań w projektowaniu układów pomiarowych, znajomości budowy i właściwości rezystorów wysokoomowych. Bardzo ważne jest zastosowanie specjalnej metody ekranowania przewodów pomiarowych i rezystorów. W referacie opisano metody pomiarowe stosowane w GUM, konstrukcję wzorców oraz niektóre problemy występujące podczas takich wzorcowań.

In the Central Office of Measures (GUM) high resistance measurements and calibrations are being developed. Measurement equipment in the GUM gives the possibility of resistor calibrations of up to 1 PΩ. Such measurements require the use of specific measurement circuits, familiarity with design and properties of high-ohmic resistors, as well as the specialized knowledge. In this article, construction of the high-resistance comparator with binary voltage divider is described. During high-resistance measurements, we solved a lot of problems specific for this branch of metrology. To achieve the best accuracy in calibrations, the use of correction factors is necessary to account for variability of voltage and temperature. One of the most important challenges is the necessity of decreasing the leakage current to minimize the contribution of this effect to the uncertainty budget.
