W artykule omówiono stanowisko pomiarowe oraz ogólną koncepcję badań pożarów w pełnej skali.

The general idea of fire investigation in full-scale in unventilated compartment was presented. It contains the main goals of investigations, measuring system description and schedule of the fire tests. A polyurethane foam (PUF) and pine wood (PW) were used as flammable materials located in the centre of the compartment. The changes in temperature, oxygen and carbon monoxide concentrations during the fire with PUF and PW were compared. The various possibilities concerned with intended researches were mentioned especially with reference to validation of existing and future fire models.
