Treść artykułu wskazuje na istotny obszar bezpieczeństwa człowieka, dotyczy bowiem cyberprzestrzeni. Cyberprzestrzeń to środowisko wymiany informacji za pomocą sieci i systemów komputerowych. Obszar ten jest narażony na wiele różnych zagrożeń, takich, jak: cyberkryzysy i cyberkonflikty, cyberprzemoc, cyberprotesty czy cyberdemonstracje, w tym także groźba wywołania cyberwojny. Dlatego też jedną z form przeciwdziałania cyberzagrożeniom są polityczno-prawne strategie i dyrektywy zarówno unijne, jak i polskie. Artykuł składa się z czterech części: wstępu, charakterystyki najważniejszych zagrożeń w cyberprzestrzeni, unijnych i krajowych możliwości prawnych w zakresie przeciwdziałania zagrożeniom oraz zakończenia.

The article indicates an important area of human security relating to cyberspace. Cyberspace is a domain where information is exchanged via computer networks and systems. This area is exposed to a variety of threats, such as cyber crises and cyber conflicts, cyber violence, cyber protests and cyber demonstrations, including the threat of cyber warfare. Therefore, political and legal strategies and directives, both EU and Polish, are a form of countering cyber threats. The article is composed of four sections: an introductory section, characteristics of the most important threats in cyberspace, EU and national legal options for countering the threats, and a concluding section.

Equinor (formerly Statoil) deals in the exploration, production, transport, refining and sale of crude oil and petroleum products. Recently, the oil industry has experienced the deepest crisis since at least the nineties. Despite the resignation of many important investors, it should be remembered that the population is growing, the world is also demanding energy. Therefore, despite instability in the oil market, Equinor wants to develop its operations. Of course, the company has place an emergency plan for "worse times", which is why it is developing towards renewable energy sources. It also does not cease operations at all stages from exploration to production in the oil sector. Therefore, the purpose of this work is to present new mining areas for Statoil.

Tyle ile trzeba to, z pewnością nie za dużo. Ale także, nie za mało. O ile, co do pierwszego, nie powinno się mieć wątpliwości, o tyle, co do drugiego - o nie, tu już tak proste to nie jest. Oszczędne miasto: co to właściwie znaczy? Teoretycznie zda się pojęciem pozytywnym, zwłaszcza gdy odwrócimy problem i zapytamy: co znaczy nieoszczędnie? Tu z pewnością odpowiemy, iż nieoszczędnie znaczy źle. A tyle, ile trzeba? W moim artykule próbuję się nad tym zastanowić, podobnie jak i nad problemem, czy, a jeśli tak, to w jaki sposób architekci - przy swoich możliwościach działań wyabstrahowanych i wyrwanych z szerokiego kontekstu politycznego, gospodarczego i kulturowego, w tym ostatnim także i w związku z obyczajem decydentów, czyli praktycznie określonymi cechami społeczeństwa, jakie stanowimy - są w stanie mieć istotny wpływ na optymalnie oszczędną przestrzeń miasta.

It is certainly not too much. But it is not too little either. While there should be no doubts as to the first one. The other - oh, no, it is not so simple. An economical city - what does it really means? Theoretically it seems to be a positive notion, particularly when we turn the problem and ask: what does uneconomical mean? For certain, we will answer that uneconomical means Bad. And what about as much as necessary? In this paper we will try to give more thought to it, as well as to the problem: if, and if yes, then in what way architects - due to their abilities o abstract thinking, taken out of political, economic and cultural (also governing-bodies customs) context i.e. practically the definite social features - are able to have an essential influence on optimally economical city space.
