The outcomes of experimental research of temperature influencing of polishing slurry on machining accuracy of optical surfaces are resulted at different rotational speeds of the lower link at operational development by laps with a different profile of cross section. The guidelines on perfection and implementation of optical surfaces operational development at the expense of a temperature variation of polishing slurry are given.

The flexible grinding tools with polyurethane bonds create the distinct group of grinding tools from their specific properties. This properties cause that the vertical displacement of grinding grains can obtain one millimeter values in the polishing process of flat surfaces. This article presents the methodology of experimental research the contact deflections of individual grinding grains which are fixed in flexible grinding wheels of different grinding grains size and the possibility modification elastic properties of flexible grinding tools in order increases efficiency of polishing process.

Podatne narzędzia ścierne ze spoiwami poliuretanowymi stanowią odrębną grupę narzędzi z racji ich specyficznych właściwości elastycznych. Właściwości te powodują, że pionowe przemieszczenie ziaren może osiągnąć wartości nawet do 1 mm w procesie wygładzania ściernego powierzchni płaskich. W pracy zostanie przedstawiony schemat stanowiska do badań ugięć pojedynczych ziaren ściernych zamocowanych w ściernicach elastycznych o różnej granulacji ziaren, a także wyniki badań i możliwości modyfikacji właściwości sprężystych podatnych narzędzi ściernych w celu zwiększenia efektywności procesu wygładzania ściernego.

In a paper, dynamics of bulk material in 3-dimensional kinematic system of the Centrifugal Barrel was analized. Relation between movement parameters of the Barrel, its geometric characteristics and a bulk charge of grinding chips and machined objects was established. Computer program simulating relative movements of the bulk medium was developed, enabling choice of optimized grinding parametters according to assumed quality criterias.
