Realization of underground objects by the open caisson method in conditions of built-up areas

The article presents the construction of underground objects by open caisson method, under conditions of built-up areas. The technological stages of the open caisson sinking have been separated. The work identified the main causes affecting the deformation of the soil mass surrounding the open caisson. On this basis, the most important construction and technological projects were devoted to the reduction of deformation of the ground surrounding the open caisson during sinking. The ultimate goal of the article is to determine the optimal way to reduce the frictional forces on the outer surface of the reinforced concrete coat of the open caisson. This has been achieved through the implementation of multidimensional technical and economic analysis as the main components in the form of biplots.

Artykuł przedstawia realizację obiektów podziemnych w technologii studni opuszczanych, w warunkach ścisłej zabudowy urbanistycznej. Wydzielone zostały możliwe stadia technologiczne pogrążania studni. W pracy określono główne przyczyny mające wpływ na deformacje masywu gruntu otaczającego studnie. Na tej podstawie wydzielono najważniejsze przedsięwzięcia konstrukcyjno-technologiczne dotyczące zmniejszania deformacji ośrodka gruntowego wokół pogrążanej studni opuszczanej. Celem ostatecznym artykułu jest wyznaczenie optymalnego sposobu zmniejszania sił tarcia po zewnętrznej powierzchni płaszcza żelbetowego studni opuszczanej. Osiągnięto to poprzez wykonanie wielowymiarowej analizy techniczno-ekonomicznej jako analizy głównych składowych w postaci biplotów.

Method of caissons is used to realization of sewage treatment plants. In conditions of neighbourhood existing buildings they are deformations of soil around the caissons. Permissive ways in article were introduced to reduce these negative of influence. It the proposed curvilinear shapes of cutting tools of thermal downdraft left the laboratory investigations were subjected. The measurements of strengths of plunging the cutting tools about different shapes were executed. It the paternal of cutting tools were be absorbed was in native primes paint and made fluffy. Investigations were guided near utilization tensometers sensors and computer programme. Results were introduced on the graphs.
