Elastyczność stanowi wyzwanie współczesnej logistyki. Może być ona (elastyczność) rozpatrywana w wymiarze kontroli w zakresie podsystemu zaopatrzenia. Zaopatrzenie jest jednym z podsystemów logistycznych związanych z rynkiem. Stanowi ono połączenie między podsystemem dystrybucji dostawców a podsystemem produkcji w danym przedsiębiorstwie. Podsystem zaopatrzenia stanowi wsparcie dla pozostałych podsystemów systemu mikrologistycznego. Prawidłowe działanie tego podsystemu wpływa na jakość produktu, logistyczną obsługę klienta oraz na koszty całego systemu mikrologistycznego. Celem referatu jest rozpoznanie działań uelastyczniających podsystem zaopatrzenia w wymiarze kontroli w teorii i praktyce gospodarczej. W referacie przedstawiono koncepcję elastyczności podsystemu zaopatrzenia w wymiarze kontroli i wyniki badań empirycznych przeprowadzonych w przedsiębiorstwach.

According to current literature trends we concentrate on the customer, who is called “the king”, “the boss” or “the person who pays employees”. It has become relatively important to recognize and awake the customer’s needs as well as provide them with a high quality offer in order to win them and consequently build long-term partnership relations. The main goal of this article is the description of the customer’s demands in theoretical and practical as-pects in the programme of the logistic customer service, with a focus on the building trade, as the basis for innovations. In the article the customer’s preferences in the logistic customer service programme have been presented in the context of innovations. The trends in the development of innovations have been described on the example of building trade.

Elastyczność strategiczna i operacyjna na przykładzie podsystemu zaopatrzenia. Podsystem zaopatrzenia stanowi wsparcie dla pozostałych podsystemów systemu mikrologistycznego. Prawidłowe działanie tego podsystemu wpływa na jakość produktu, logistyczną obsługę klienta oraz na koszty całego systemu mikrologistycznego. Istotne jest zatem jego uelastycznianie w wymiarze reagowania. Celem referatu jest opisanie koncepcyjnych ram elastyczności strategicznej i operacyjnej, przedstawienie autorskiej koncepcji elastyczności w wymiarze reagowania oraz rozpoznanie przejawów elastyczności strategicznej i operacyjnej w zakresie podsystemu zaopatrzenia w praktyce gospodarczej. W referacie przedstawiono koncepcję elastyczności w wymiarze reagowania oraz wyniki badań empirycznych. Badania empiryczne przeprowadzono w przedsiębiorstwach zlokalizowanych na Dolnym Śląsku.

The provision subsystem constitutes the support for the other subsystems of the micrologisics system. The correct functioning of the provision subsystem influences the product quality, the logistic customer service and the costs of the whole micrologistics system. Flexibility of the provision subsystem in the respond dimension is essential. The aim of the article is the description of strategical and operational flexibility fundamentals, the introduction of the autorship theory of the flexibility in the respond dimension and the recognizing of strategical and operational flexibility signs in the range of enterprise’s provision subsystem. In the following article the conception of the flexibility in the respond dimension and the results of empirical research have been presented. The studies have been conducted in enterprises situated in Lower Silesia.

The provision is one of the logistics subsystems connected with the market. The provision constitutes a link between the distribution subsystem of suppliers and the production subsystem in a given enterprise. The provision subsystem constitutes the support for the other subsystems of the micrologisics system. The correct functioning of the provision subsystem influences the product quality, the logistic customer service and the costs of the whole micrologistics system. The aim of the article is the recognizing of flexible operations of the provision subsystem within the control dimension in theorical and practical aspect. In the following article the conception of the provision subsystem flexibility in the control dimension and the results of empirical research have been presented.

Owa elastyczność może być rozpatrywana w zakresie podsystemu zaopatrzenia. Celem referatu jest identyfikacja działań uelastyczniających podsystem zaopatrzenia w wymiarze przestrzennym w praktyce gospodarczej. W referacie przedstawiono wyniki badań empirycznych przeprowadzonych w przedsiębiorstwach zlokalizowanych na Dolnym Śląsku. Zakres przedmiotowy badań obejmuje: charakterystykę przedsiębiorstw, charakterystykę systemu logistycznego przedsiębiorstw, charakterystykę podsystemu zaopatrzenia, działania uelastyczniające strategię zaopatrzenia, cele zaopatrzenia, zadania zaopatrzenia, relacje z dostawcami i zakupy zaopatrzeniowe w wymiarze przestrzennym.

Flexibility is the challenge of modern logistics.This flexibility can be viewed within the provision subsystem. The aim of the article is the identification of flexible operations of the provision subsystem within the space dimension in enterprises. In the following article the results of empirical research have been presented. The studies have been conducted in enterprises situated in Lower Silesia. The main objective of our empirical research includes: the characteristics of enterprises, the characteristics of the logistic system in enterprises, the characteristics of the provision subsystem, the operations making the provision strategy more flexible, the provision aims, the provision tasks, the relations with suppliers and the provision shopping.
