Podstawowym zagadnieniem przedstawionym pracy jest koncepcja projektowania baz danych w celu wspomagania procesu tworzenia typoszeregów i systemów modułowych technologii. Tworzenie technologii wspomagane jest z zastosowaniem teorii podobieństwa technologicznego. Bazy technologiczne i ich struktura bezpośrednio wynika z relacji przekształceń konstrukcji w technologię. Przekształcenie to realizowane jest z zastosowaniem opracowanej teorii podobieństwa dla operacji toczenia wiercenia i frezowania.

The primary issue presented work is the concept of creating databases to support the creation of series of types and modular systems and technologies. Creating technology is supported using the similarity theory of technology. Developed technological database and their structure is direct consequence of the relationship structure transformations in technology. This transformation is performed using the similarity theory developed for turning, drilling and milling.

W pracy przedstawiono metodologiczne podejście do tworzenia typoszeregów technologii z zastosowaniem teorii podobieństwa technologicznego. Związane jest to z przekształcaniem cech technologii wzorcowej zgodnie z wyznaczonymi liczbami podobieństwa technologicznego. Liczby te wynikają z rozpatrywanych stanów technologicznych dotyczących mocy skrawania, siły skrawania i objętościowej wydajności obróbki.

The theory of technological similarity is applied for elements characterized by constant constructional form and variational values of dimensions. Technological working plan is created by advanced graphic programs according to traditional methods. Standard structure is used to generate further technological structures by modification of chosen parameters. The selection and transformation of parameters is realized after having defined the system of relations and the system of connections and transformations between individual features. It is important that this method is to be applied to create of technological documentation for series of types of elements.

W niniejszym artykule przedstawiono podobieństwo jako narzędzie służące do opanowania różnorodności oraz jako kryterium i miarę w projektowaniu struktur systemów produkcyjnych.

The development of industrial production is connected with the growth of diversity of goods and processes. There is a necessity of self- control of diversity by the snecialisation, which is the importanl facior in creating structure of production systems. Tn this paper there is presented similarity as a tool for self-controlled diversity and also as a criteria and meas-ure in designing structures of produclion systems.
