The article proposes the use of a synthetic indicator in spatial research. In the construction of synthetic indicator, it assumes that the indicator should not only specify the synthetic value based of on empirical data, but also show its structure. The structure of the indicator should answer the question to what extent individual empirical measures influence to the value of a synthetic indicator. Using the rules of statistical grouping, four groups of voivodships with different economic potential were distinguished. Research shows that on the synthetic indicator of voivodships (in particular groups) were affected to a varying extent by the values of empirical variables: number of employees, value of fixed assets, value of gross domestic product, number of economic operators.

Spółka kapitałowa to forma prawna organizacji podmiotów gospodarczych, najczęściej wykorzystywana w prowadzeniu największych przedsiębiorstw gospodarczych na rynku. W spółce kapitałowej najważniejszym elementem jest jej majątek (kapitał). Kapitałowy charakter spółki kładzie silny nacisk na połączenie kapitałów wspólników, w oparciu o które spółka prowadzi swoją działalność. Skład osobowy spółki kapitałowej stoi już na drugim miejscu.

Wyniki na działalności energetycznej całego polskiego sektora elektroenergetyki w roku 2009 były bardzo korzystne. Sektor wypracował wynik prawie trzy razy lepszy niż w roku 2008. Największy udział w tym wyniku mają wytwórcy energii elektrycznej, a najmniejszy operatorzy systemów dystrybucyjnych. Zysk najwięcej wzrósł w podsektorze wytwarzania, a w podsektorze dystrybucji był wyraźnie najmniejszy.

Results achieved in the whole Polish power industry sector in the year 2009 were very favourable and almost three times better than in 2008. The biggest share in this success have the electric energy producers, the least of all - distribution system operators. Also the biggest growth of profit can be found in the energy production subsector while in the subsector of distribution it is visibly the smallest one.

I the fild of market economy the enterprises constanth evolove and the process of companis merging of their new forms and new lines is endless. Companies and trades are wiling to estabilish contacts and corporate with each other becanse managing owners see a very promising oppartunity in it, and in this way they mointain and improve comprtitiveness towards other companies present in the market. Toking into conideration the reason why the processes of merging and toking over' i companies take piece, as well as analysing and cataloging forms of economic entities merging shows this phenomenon as a very broad issne.
