W artykule przeprowadzono analizę porównawczą wybranych metod ustalania wartości katastralnych na potrzeby podatku od wartości nieruchomości. Pierwszą z analizowanych metod ustalania wartości katastralnych jest metoda opisana szczegółowo w wytycznych przeprowadzania powszechnej taksacji nieruchomości. Druga to metoda korygowania ceny średniej. W artykule przedstawiono również propozycje modyfikacji tych metod. Ustalono wartości katastralne dla testowego obiektu oraz porównano wyniki ustalania wartości katastralnych nieruchomości tymi metodami.

In the article one passed the comparative analysis of chosen methods settlements of cadastral values for needs of the tax from the value real property. First from analysed methods of the settlement of cadastral values is the method circumstantiated in guidelines of passing of the general valuation of real property. Second with of analysis a method is the method of correcting of the average price. In the article one introduced also proposals of the modification of these methods. One fixed cadastral values for the test-object and one compared results of the settlement of the value of cadastral real property with these methods.
