Long freight trains in Poland, what is the problem of its usage?

The article presents an analysis of possibility of usage of long freight trains in Poland for connection with the modern Silk Railway to China. The desire to use freight trains with a length of more than 600 meters in Poland encounters several problems on the existing infrastructure. Limitations of usage are found here. Also, it presents possible ways for long freight trains.

O zdolnościach trakcyjnych lokomotywy decydują wartości parametrów opisujacych dynamikę rozruchu i jazdy. Dla czterech klas pociągów pasażerskich i towarowych prowadzonych lokomotywą uniwersalną wyznaczono wartości podstawowychparametrów rozruchu w fazach: początkowej i końcowej. Oszacowano wartości średnich przyśpieszeń. Uwzględniajac malejące w funkcji prędkości przyspieszenia wyznaczono wartości wyróżnika dynamiki jazdy. Przeanalizowano dynamikę jazdy pociągów przy osiąganiu prędkości maksymalnej.

Traction capaticies of an engine depend upon the value of parameters describing the dynamics of engine`s setting in motion and its performance. The following article has established the values of basic parameters for the two phases in the process of setting the engine in motion: the initial end terminal. The article has also estimated the values of average accelerations. Furthermore, taking into consideration the decreasing in the function of velocity accelerations, the research has determined the value of discriminante the article has also analyzed the dynamics of train`s perormance at maximum velocity.
