Przedstawiono analizę numeryczną procesu wciskania wału w oprawę i sposób określania nośności wcisku w programie obliczeniowym FEMAP v.11.2, z zastosowaniem metody elementów skończonych (MES). Porównano wyniki analizy i obliczeń (uzyskane na podstawie analogii Lamego) i zweryfikowano doświadczalnie z wykorzystaniem systemu pomiarowego MTS.

The analysis of interference-fit joints process and theirs strength, by finite element method (FEM) in FEMAP v. 11.2 numerical system is presented. The results of the analysis are compared with the numerical results obtained with the Lame calculations. All results were also verified experimentally with the MTS measurement system.

Artykuł dotyczy nowej metody regeneracji połączeń gwintowych poprzez zastąpienie uszkodzonego gwintu wewnętrznego szpilką o specjalnej konstrukcji. Metoda regeneracji uszkodzonego połączenia gwintowanego polega na wykorzystaniu odkształcenia plastycznego zachodzącego podczas wciskania w uszkodzony gwint wewnętrzny szpilki, na której końcu wykonano nierówności trójkątne. Opracowano autorską aplikację wykorzystującą Metodę elementów skończonych (MES) w programie Ansys Workbench do analizy zjawisk fizycznych zachodzących podczas regeneracji połączenia - wciskania nowej szpilki. Przedstawiono wybrane wyniki analizy numerycznej.

Article presents new method of thread regeneration through replacement damaged internal thread by a pin with special construction. Method of regeneration of a damaged threaded connection involves the use of plastic deformation occurring when pressing in the damaged threads internal a pins. At one end of the pins are made of triangular outline inequality. Developed application in Finite method elements (MES) in the program Ansys Workbench for the analysis of physical phenomena occurring during regeneration joint in new a pin. Selected results of numerical analysis are presented.

The work of construction of automatic device for making joints in wooden shelves is presented with assembly forced-in strips. The strips have a special construction, which facilitates assembly of cabinets and furniture. Device was designed in IMBiGS, Warsaw. It has a productivity 500 shelves with two-sided forced-in strips per hours.

W artykule zamieszczono wyniki badań nośności połączeń wciskowych w warunkach obciążeń stałych i zmiennych. Badania przy obciążeniach stałych były prowadzone dla wyznaczenia wartości bazowych (siły wtłaczania i rozłączania, naprężenia obwodowe i osiowe), umożliwiających porównanie ich z wartościami wyznaczonymi w badaniach połączeń w warunkach drgań wymuszonych. Ponadto dokonywano badań zmian wartości naprężeń obwodowych i osiowych w tulei w czasie łączenia i rozłączania elementów złącza. Wyniki badań umożliwiły wyznaczenie zmienności wartości nacisków w kontakcie elementów połączenia. Pomiaru i rejestracji nacisków dokonano korzystając z oryginalnej metody opracowanej przez autorów. W wyniku prowadzonych badań wyznaczono w systemie ,,on-line'' zmienność wartości współczynnika tarcia na długości wcisku przy łączeniu i rozłączaniu, zarówno w warunkach obciążeń statycznych, jak i dynamicznych.

In the paper are given results of tests of interference joints with the method that enabled identification of stresses, forces and friction parameters, with loads similar as in operational conditions. The method has been described in a more detailed way in the paper presenting the procedure of interference joints capacity tests. This tests comprised model interference joints loaded statically or in dynamic way. Both circumferential stresses sigma T and axial stresses sigma Z were measured on the outer surface of the interference joint bush what has been aimed at verification of calculation figures obtained in theoretical analysis of the joint strength performed by authors. For measurement of unit pressures change p=sigma R on the loading surface of the joint the intermediate method developed by authors has been used. In this method the strain gauges indications (gauges glued to the outer surfce of the bush) of circumferential stresses sigma T allow to determine unit pressures values and their changes in the real joint on the entire length. Obtained results of stresses measurement sigma T and sigma Z allow to verify and compare capacity of interference joints that are dynamically loaded what is impossible by the analytical method. The article comprises also results of tribological tests of friction coefficient on the contact surface of the joint elements both for steady and dynamic loads. Variability of the friction coefficient in forced vibration conditions has the cognitive feature and allows to estimate capacity of interference joint loaded dynamically.

Opracowanie zawiera opis metodyki badań połączeń wciskowych. W związku z tym w artykule zamieszczono opis metody badań; nośności i przebiegu zmian naprężeń obwodowych i wzdłużnych w elementach połączenia wciskowego pracującego w warunkach obciążeń stałych i zmiennych. Opracowana metoda umożliwia wyznaczenie sposobem pośrednim wartości nacisków jednostkowych w kontakcie elementów łączonych na całej długości połączenia. Pomiar nacisków jednostkowych i sił stycznych jako parametrów tarcia w połączeniu wciskowym pozwala na wyznaczenie zmian wartości współczynnika tarcia w czasie łączenia i rozłączania elementów złącza pracującego w warunkach obciążeń eksploatacyjnych. W artykule zamieszczono również opis budowy stanowisk badawczych - w nawiązaniu do rysunków poglądowych - realizujących badania zgodnie z opisaną metodą. Wytyczne dla wykonania elementów modelowego połączenia wciskowego przedstawiono w nawiązaniu do rysunków umożliwiających wykonanie tych elementów. Osiągnięciem autorów jest opisana w pracy metoda wzorcowania i pomiaru naprężeń obwodowych i wzdłużnych oraz nacisków jednostkowych w kontakcie elementów łączonych. Możliwości metody ukazują zamieszczone w artykule przykładowe wykresy: - przebiegu zmian sił stycznych podczas łączenia i rozłączania elementów złącza, - przebiegu zmian naprężeń obwodowych i wzdłużnych w tulei połączenia. Możliwość oszacowania wartości i zmienności parametrów wpływających na wytrzymałość, nośność i stabilność połączenia jest niezbędna do oszacowania niezawodności połączeń wciskowych i jest celem dalszych badań. Przedstawiona metodyka badań pozwoli na opracowanie standardu badań połączeń wciskowych.

The paper contains description of investigation procedure of interference fits under operational conditions. In the paper is description of the method of investigation capacity and the change of circumferential and axial stresses in elements of the interference fits opearing under steady and variable loads. The method makes possible to determine by an indirect way, the unit pressure in the contact of connected elements and the change of pressure along the whole length of the fit. The measurement of unit pressure and tangential forces as the friction parameters in the interference fit makes possible according to the method to determine the changes of friction coefficients in connection and disconnection of elements of the fit used under operational condition. The structure of test stands - based on simplified drawing - is described in the paper. The stands make possible to realize the tasks according to the method described. Along with the drawings of elements there are given notices for manufacturing of elements of the model interference fit. The calibration method and measurement of circumferential and longitudinal stresses described in the paper is the author's achievement as well as measurement or unit pressure in the contact of connected elements. The exemplary diagrams contained in the paper show the possibilities of the method: - the diagram of tangential forces in connection and disconnection of elements, - diagram of changes of circumferential and longitudinal stresses in the bush of the fit. The estimation of the values and variability of the fit is necessary to to estimate reliability of inerference fits and is the objective of continued investigation. The presented procedure of tests will allow to develop the standard test method for interference fits test.

Zużycie frettingowe jest procesem złożonym, mającym miejsce głównie w połączeniach elementów maszyn. O złożonym mechanizmie zużycia świadczy m.in. brak zgodności co do procesów inicjujących jego rozwój. Różni autorzy przyjmują, że mogą być to zjawiska adhezji, zmęczenia powierzchniowego, mikroskrawania lub korozji. Wnioski te oparte są przede wszystkim na badaniach tego zjawiska w styku skoncentrowanym lub powierzchniowym. W niniejszym artykule autor na podstawie badań własnych w połączeniu wciskowym wskazuje na wpływ zjawiska adhezji na inicjację zużycia fettingowego.

The notion of fretting covers the effects of complex processes occuring on the surfaces that are pressed against each other and operate under variable load of elements. It is agreed now that fretting is a very complex wear mechanism in which the following processes either overlap or follow each other: adhesive wear, surface fatigue, exfoliation, oxidation, abrasion of surface irregularities by peak points or loose wear products. The divergences between researchers result mainly from the adoption of one of these processes as initiating fretting wear. In the article the author, on the basis of his investigations, presents an attempt at an explanation of the connection between adhesion and initiation of fretting development in clamped joints.
