Niniejszy artykuł stanowi opis działalności Koła Naukowego Konstruktorów Pojazdów, w którego działaniach wykorzystywane są nowoczesne narzędzia pracy zdalnej. Dzięki takiemu podejściu, możliwe staje się wyeliminowanie niedogodnień, z którymi borykano się stosując standardowe, starsze podejście do realizacji zadań projektowych w jednostkach badawczo-rozwojowych. Podane przykłady ilustrują, w jaki sposób powszechny obecnie dostęp do sieci internetowej służy poprawie sposobu prowadzenia projektu, rozliczania go, a także integracji pomiędzy poszczególnymi członkami grup zadaniowych, które występują w ramach projektu. Ponadto, ukazano możliwości prowadzenia edukacji za pośrednictwem serwisów internetowych, gdzie wiedzę przekazuje się w sposób rzetelny, ale jednocześnie łatwy do przyswojenia.

Present article describes activities and projects conducted by Vehicles Designers Scientific Circle in a manner of use remote work tools. First sections concern of already finished projects – designing two vehicles – one driven by electric motor and the other powered by compressed air. Both cars were built in May 2016 and participated in international competitions, correspondingly Shell Eco-marathon Le Mans and Aventics Pneumobile. Next paragraph shows difficulties that occur when students try to do tasks like an employee – first and most important issue is the lack of time to attend to a meeting with your team for designing purposes. There are several more problems, which can be solved by using modern remote applications, such as Google Drive, Facebook or YouTube. Use of Google Drive reduces time needed for managing all files of the project, from 3d geometry files, to spreadsheets for lifetime of the project and finance overview. When using Facebook, communication is almost instant, so project team members can actually react just in time for changes or any delays in implementation of the ideas of the project. On YouTube, there are posted videos, which explain basic processes of manufacturing. Thanks to free access and wide range, posted videos can achieve many people around the country, and even world, and give them a chance to learn how manufacturing looks like.
This paper describes the conception of an individual personal transport vehicle. The conception of the vehicle is based on a mechanical structure of a bike and on a pneumatic engine as equipment of power support. The research was done as an analysis of existing vehicles with main or supporting gas power systems. In the research the expectations of users, technical resources as well as known constructions were taken into account. At the beginning, the technical properties of known methods and modern vehicles available for individual personal transport of people were reviewed. Next, some vehicles which can meet economic, ecologic and environmental criteria were identified. Finally, the authors proposed usage of extremely small and light-weight vehicles. It appears that the smallest, lightest and most economic construction of vehicles should be modeled on the bike. For power convenience on uphill roads compressed air as a supporting power factor was proposed. It also implied the possibility to use supporting power system as main power engine. However, the economic storage and management of compressed gas required optimization system of gas usage. This optimization depends on pulse wide modulation of air valve flow and possibility of air compression. Air compression is possible by driving downhill or on fixed vehicle by human muscle power. Those circumstances warrant to name such power system a hybrid pneumatic propulsion.
