The article raise the issue of actions organised by art group M37A in urban space of Cracow. The process of realisation was described in details, starting from the inspiration and the origin of idea, through the realisation (preparations, logistics, organisation, course of works), to the presentation of works with discussion. On the basis of personal experience, as the organiser and the participant, but also after conversation with other participants, there where described some phenomenon which occurred during the open air actions in urban space. The article shows relations on many levels, such as: artist – space, space – object (creative activity), object – inhabitants, event – recipient. This work points out the aspect of extension of artistic field activity from gallery, therefore annexation and temporary change of urban space function. It usually results in not only temporary change, but also in added and deepened iconosphere of the place. The conclusion is an attempt to specify the role of artistic actions in urban space and the influence of their specific characteristics and relations on functioning of the urban, public space.

Artykuł przybliża zrealizowane działania Grupy M37A w przestrzeni miejskiej Krakowa. Szczegółowo opisano proces realizacji działań, począwszy od inspiracji i powstania idei, poprzez realizację (przygotowania, logistyka, organizacja, przebieg), aż do późniejszej prezentacji prac wraz z dyskusją. Na bazie osobistych doświadczeń, jako organizatora i uczestnika oraz w wyniku rozmów z pozostałymi uczestnikami tego wydarzenia, opisano zjawiska zaistniałe podczas plenerów w przestrzeni miejskiej. Opisane zostały relacje zachodzące na wielu poziomach takich jak: twórca – przestrzeń, przestrzeń – obiekt (kreacja twórcza), obiekt – mieszkańcy, wydarzenie – odbiorcy. Artykuł zwraca uwagę na rozszerzenie pola działań artystycznych, wyjścia poza obręb galerii, a tym samym aneksji i czasowej zmiany funkcji przestrzeni publicznej. Zazwyczaj skutkuje to nie tylko chwilową odmianą, ale dodaniem i pogłębieniem ikonosfery miejsca. Podsumowanie stanowi próbę określenia roli działań artystycznych w przestrzeni miejskiej oraz wpływu ich specyficznych cech i zależności na funkcjonowanie miejskiej przestrzeni publicznej.

Twórcza lektura literatury i przestrzeni, sztuka przekładu słowa na obraz; kreowanie baśniowej rzeczywistości - to tylko niektóre zadania, które wyznaczały rytm pracy podczas plenerów artystycznych... Bajkowa rzeczywistość wyłania się z opowieści z czasu dzieciństwa, z naszych skojarzeń i wyobraźni; jest świadectwem twórczej postawy wobec świata, otaczającej rzeczywistości, kultury. Tekst ma charakter wspomnień z pleneru artystycznego. Przedstawiono w nim problematykę i tematy prowadzonych przez autorkę zajęć poświęconych sztuce interpretacji -symbolicznej analizie przestrzeni ogrodu (Lektura świata, Opowieść o miejscu), a także tekstów literackich - bajek i baśni (Lektura bajek, Obrazy ze slów). Podczas warsztatów artystycznych studenci Wydziału Architektury Politechniki Poznańskiej brali udział w ćwiczeniach ze sztuki przekładu słowa (lektura baśni i bajek) na obraz (warsztaty rzeźbiarskie). Rzeźby studentów, inspirowane tekstami literackimi i charakterem przestrzeni, wpisały się w obszar ogrodu należącego do przedszkola w Koźminie Wielkopolskim, pełniąc zarazem funkcję edukacyjną.

A creative reading of literature and space; the art of translating the word into the image; creating a fairy-tale reality - these are only some of the goals that dictated the rhythm of work during outdoor artistic workshops. The fairy-tale reality emerges from our childhood stories, from our associations and imagination. It is a testimony to a creative attitude towards the world and culture around us. Maria Wróż wrote the following text as memories from an outdoor artistic workshop. She presents the problems and topics of the workshop she conducted on the art of interpretation - a symbolic analysis of the space of the garden (Reading the World, A Story of a Place) as well as literary texts- fairy tales and fables (The Reading of Fables, Images from Words). During the workshop, students from the Department of Architecture of Politechnika Poznańska participated in exercises - conducted by Maria Wróż - in the art of translating the word (reading fairy tales and fables) into the image (sculpting workshops). The sculptures of the students, inspired by literary texts and the character of the space, became part of the garden area of the kindergarten in Koźmin Wielkopolski, where they also served an educational role.
