Standards requirements for welding plans for energy pipeline repairs are presented. Examples of welding plans for pipeline repair are presented. The usefulness of various forms of presenting welding plans was compared – in tabular form and in the point form. It was shown that regardless of the form of the welding plan, it facilitates control of both the course of the manufacturing process and the requirements set by the product standard.

Przedstawiono wymagania norm dotyczące planów spawania w naprawie rurociągów energetycznych. Zaprezentowano przykładowe plany spawania dla naprawy rurociągu. Porównano przydatność różnych form przedstawienia planów spawania - w postaci tabelarycznej i w postaci punktowej. Wykazano, że niezależnie od formy planu spawania, ułatwia on kontrolę zarówno przebiegu procesu wytwarzania, jak i wymagań stawianych przez normę wyrobu.

Zaprezentowano zagadnienia dotyczące spawania komór przejściowych, wstępnego spawania komory spalania oraz montażu i spawania konstrukcji wymiennika.

A plan of welding the 65 kW plate heat exchanger is presented in the article. Basic and filler materials used in welding, technology of welding, as well as the requirements relating to the welding personnel are shown. Issues referring to the preparation of elements to welding, straightening after welding, non-destructive testing, and reparation of faulty joints are described. Problems of welding transient chambers, initial welding of combustion chambers, and an assembly and welding the frame of the plate heat exchanger are provided.

A plan of welding a steel staircase was given. A structure of the staircase, usage of base and additional welding materials, and a technology of welding were given. Standards used in the process of welding were shown. Requirements, which refer to commission of trading elements and those from cooperation; to control base and additional welding materials, welders; to prepare elements to welding, as well as to control during and after welding process were specified. All the requirements, which relate to mend faulty fragments of welds and to straighten elements were described. A diagram of welding was given.

Requirements referring to the initial heating and the temperature of interpass, welders’ authorities and an implementation of a welding process were presented in the following paper. A process of hammering and specifications for the face of weld were given. Stress relieving of a structure and the conditions of mending faulty sections welds were presented.

There were the rules of composing welding plans at construction of rail-vehicles. EN 15085 requirements were presented. The sets of rail-vehicles for which the welding plans are necessary to be done were pointed out. The methods of WPS qualification were described, depending on the joint quality level. What is more, welding conditions rules were described (these are as follows: welding inspection qualification, welders and operators’ qualifications, requirements on welding stations, welder/operators activities before work beginning, parent materials conditions, documents available at working station, joint preparation conditions, the rules of tacking, preheating and interpass heating, the rules of using run-off and – run on plate, auxiliary materials and thermal cutting assessment, closing of the weld and joint repair work). The welding plan of rail-vehicle running gear was presented.

Technological process conditions of steam boilers, water boilers and constant pressure vessels running repairs as the aspect of required quality are described. Moreover, the welding plan apart from determination of order and direction of welding is enabled required work analysis in the issues on parent and auxiliary materials, work station preparation, welding details of described fabrications, the range of non-destructive testing and the method of acceptance testing. Besides, the required qualification of welders, inspectors and supervisory personnel are also included in welding plan.
