Many coding techniques have been adopted for the improvement in image compression and rebuilding methodologies. Few algorithms are already in operation for data compression in different standards like JPEG, MPEG and H-26X. In this paper, an efficient image layering methodology, LSCIC (Layered Scalable Concurrent Image Compression) pre coder architecture is presented to explore new vision in pre compressed image with pipelining and appropriate rebuilding scheme. The advantage of this architecture over other proposed scheme is its comparatively stable configuration. Moreover, it is multiple description (Layers) units along with its fast operation due to pipelined configuration. The proposed scheme proves the effectiveness of architecture along with analyzing and calculating efficiency of different modules appended in design. Results are presented after availing hard descriptive language tool to prove proposed work mathematically. Moreover, efficiency of pipelined structure is evaluated and found proposed LSCIC pre coder to work up to the task to separate image pixels prior to image compression coder operation as per requirement.
