Miasta jako skupiska ludzi stały się idealnym miejscem do wplecenia reklamy w ich krajobraz i trudno dziś sobie wyobrazić wielkie metropolie bez reklamowych bilbordów. W kulturze miasta, reklama stała się nieodzownym elementem krajobrazu, który odgrywa znaczącą rolę w życiu społecznym i kulturalnym mieszkańców, tworząc w ten sposób swoistą kulturę. Nieodłącznym elementem reklamy jest fotografi a, która wykorzystywana jest we wszelkiego rodzaju kreacjach, tworząc jeden z najważniejszych środków przekazu. Oglądając reklamy coraz częściej zwracamy uwagę nie tylko na to, co nam chcą sprzedać specjaliści od marketing, ale też jak chcą to zrobić oraz jakim kanałem informacyjnym do nas dotrzeć. Obecność reklamy w przestrzeni publicznej jest stałym elementem, który wpływa na rozwój oraz identyfi kację danego miasta.

Cities, as the centres for the people’s existence, have become an ideal place for interweaving the commercial into their landscape. Advertisement has become a part of our lives and one cannot imagine today’s metropolis without billboards. In the culture of the city, the commercial has started to be an integral part of the city landscape which used to play an important role in social and cultural life of citizens creating by that a specifi c culture. Photography,invariably linked with advertisement, might be manifested by all sorts of creative actions, forming one of the most important means of creative expression. While watching commercials, we tend to notice not only what marketing profesionals are trying to sell but also how they are going to introduce the product. Advertisement is associated with a public space, infl uences its development and arrangement.

Deep-fading can decline the quality of the received signal to below threshold, and interrupts the reception-success (generating an outage or time-out). In DVB-T2 (Digital Video Broadcasting Terrestrial Second Generation) receiver, such interruption can be identified from the displayed-picture. Multiple-antenna is one of techniques to mitigate such problem. This paper presents a multiple-antenna method for receiving the DVB-T2 signal. At any time, one of antennas is selected where the selection action is controlled by the recovered-picture. In case of using two antennas, field-measurement was conducted to collect the real data, later used in the simulation of the proposed algorithm. The result showed its capability to increase the portion of cumulative reception-success duration up to approximately 1.53 times with respect to its equivalent single-antenna.

The article is based on the definition of architecture as an art of shaping space (B. Zevi), comparing it to the art of sculpting, and the concept of sculpting-ness which refers to spatial effects and the creative/artistic character of the designing. The wrapping space of architecture has been treated as a non-material virtual sphere of information exchange. It is a space of mutual communication of: knowledge, skills, art and poly-sensory perception of the recipient. Similar selected phenomena concerning architecture and other arts have been compared. The result points to a common nature of the phenomena in spite of their diametrically different uses. It also points to their identical character respectively in the spheres of: creation, notation, and realization of goals within the individual arts. Additionally the scale and protective character of architecture endow this art with a special utilitarian function which is superior and irreplaceable in human life. The whole article has been treated as a description of earlier research.

Treść artykułu bazuje na definicji architektury jako sztuki kształtowania przestrzeni (B. Zevi), przyrównując ją sztuce rzeźbienia, a rzeźbiarskością nazywając efekty przestrzenne i kreacyjny/artystyczny charakter projektowania. Przestrzeń – otulinę architektury – potraktowano jako bezmaterialną wirtualną sferę wymiany informacji. Jest to przestrzeń komunikacji wzajemnej: wiedzy, umiejętności, sztuki i polisensorycznej percepcji odbiorcy. Przyrównano per analogiam wybrane podobne fenomeny dotyczące architektury i innych sztuk. Porównanie wskazuje na wspólnotę tych zjawisk pomimo diametralnie różnych zastosowań, daje możliwość określenia ich jako tych samych, odpowiednio w sferach: kreacji, notacji i realizacji zamierzeń w ramach poszczególnych sztuk. Dodatkowo skala i obronny charakter architektury przydają tej sztuce szczególnej usługowej funkcji, nadrzędnej i niezastąpionej w ludzkim życiu. Całość artykułu została potraktowana jako wynikowy opis wcześniejszych badań.

The paper deals with automatic analysis and recognition of moving objects in the picture. The paper is a part area of computer graphic. For analysis to solve this method of phase correlation that works with spectrums of picture obtained by a camera. The method is planned to be tested on moving objects in areas of biomedicine or genetics.

Artykuł dotyczy automatycznej analizy i rozpoznawania ruchomych obiektów w obrazie. Przedstawiana tematyka wiąże się z dziedziną grafiki komputerowej. Analiza przeprowadzana jest za pomocą metody korelacji fazowej, operującej na widmach obrazu uzyskanego z kamery. Planowane jest przetestowanie proponowanej metody na ruchomych obiektach występujących w dziedzinie biomedycyny oraz genetyki.
