Zawartości pierwiastków biogennych i ich związków w wodzie Jeziora Mogileńskiego były wyższe od wyników uzyskanych w 2001 r. (zaraz po rekultywacji), co mogło świadczyć o niewłaściwej gospodarce ściekowej i rolnej w zlewni jeziora. Ponadnormatywna zawartość substancji biogennych wskazywała na ponowny wzrost trofii jeziora.

Water from Mogileńskie Lake was studied for content of PO₄³⁻ ions, total P as well as nitrate(V), nitrate(III) and N-NH₄. The total P content was 0.029–0.798 mg/dm³, PO₄³⁻ 0.07–0.34 mg/dm³, total N 10.4–11.9 mg/dm³, NO₃⁻ 8.1–11.9 mg/dm³, NO₂⁻0.16–0.35 mg/dm³ and NH₄⁺ 0.09–0.21 mg/dm³.

A pot experiment on an acid brown soil was conducted in 1998-2001. Three multicomponent fertilizers were applied: Polifoska 8, Polifoska 15 and Polimag 306, Travit at the rates of 0.5; 1.0; and 1.5 g N per pot. The total forms of phosphorous were determined in dry matter of perennial ryegrass with the use of ASA method. The contents of these elements were higher in the fertilized variants as compared to the control. No significant differences were found among the contents of investigated elements compared in plants treated with different multicomponent fertilizers. The chemical analyses indicated that increasing rates of the fertilizers applied enhanced the contents of phosphorous. In the content of phosphorous in dry matter of perennial ryegrass (Lolium perenne L.) the Polifoska 8 it ranged from 0,49-0,65 %. In the content of phosphorous in dry matter of perennial ryegrass (Lolium perenne L.) the Polifoska 15 it ranged from 0,49-0,63 %. In the content of phosphorous in dry matter of perennial ryegrass (Lolium perenne L.) the Polimag 306 it ranged from 0,51-0,72 %. In the content of phosphorous in dry matter of perennial ryegrass (Lolium perenne L.) the Travit it ranged from 0,46-0,53 %.

Phosphorous enters the clinker minerals and negatively affects the phase composition clinker, and thus the quality of cement. In environmental point of view, phosphates coming into the water cause the eutrophication processes. The environmental criteria including phosphorous content for materials and products are stated assessment of type I which determines is the most used evaluation process in Slovak Republic. Cements are one of the building product groups for which the required criteria are stated and the national eco-label is possible to obtain. Cements supplied on the market must fulfil the basic requirements stated by technical norms and regulations in order to achieve certain properties in concrete and human safety. Cements environmental criteria within the certification process include requirements for limit value of phosphorous (less than 3% of P2O5). The content of phosphorous expressed as P2O5 was in all measured cement samples less than stated limit in eco-labelling process.
