The paper presents and discusses the operation of a mobile application using the Augmented Reality (AR) to visualize the electromagnetic (EM) radiation of a horn antenna. The mobile application serves as a teaching aid and complements the laboratory setup for investigating EM radiation from a horn antenna. The EM radiation visualisation data were obtained through numerical simulation using the CST Studio Suite software, which enables modelling and simulation of various EM interactions. The mobile application was created using the Unity engine, which enables the development of mobile applications. The Vuforia library was used to implement digital data (obtained through numerical simulation) and overlay it onto the real image captured by the mobile camera. The application runs on devices with Android 8.0 and higher, and integrates the real 3D environment with virtual reality in real time.

Multidimensional, variety of saving memories ways in landscape is visible in creation of commemorative spaces. These meaning is strictly connected with the most important events and persons in history of the country. Authors of article in their research are concentrated on commemorative space with monuments example in Poland and the world presence in landscape design meaning. They are announced by landscape analysis methods to recognition of structure, meaning and phenomena of chosen objects in genius loci categories. In Study of Conditions and Directions of Space Development Capital City of Warsaw is found the record that “commemorative resource” is not enough examined and protected. The aim of elaboration is indication of tendencies in aspects of location, space relations and meanings of memory places.

Power is a form of communication, understood as perception, understanding, interaction and mutual influence between individuals, social groups, between individuals and groups of people. The theme of power is inextricably linked to human nature, the need for order and harmony in society. The article presents a brief overview of some scientific definitions of power and its relationship with management. Types of power and sources of power are discussed. The article performs a relation between power, management and leadership. Leadership is viewed as is a form of spirit, a form of cultural expression.

W artykule opisano założenia projektowe Portalu Edukacyjnego Szczecina i zjawiska ilościowe, które miały miejsce w ciągu pierwszych 5 miesięcy eksploatacji rozwiązania. Zanalizowano sposób korzystania z portalu, w tym liczbę i typy logowań, a także okresy aktywności użytkowników. Otrzymane wyniki zostały porównane z założeniami projektowymi. Sformułowano wnioski dotyczące zachowań użytkowników oraz ich wykorzystania dla potrzeb zasobu i jego dalszego rozwoju. Zgromadzona próbka danych pozwoliła na próbę określenia standardowych zachowań i ich korelacji z powszechnie przyjętymi stwierdzeniami o zachowaniach społecznych.

Case study describing the design assumptions of Educational Portal Szczecin and quantitative phenomena that occurred during the first 5 months of operation solutions. Analyzed how to use the portal, including the number of logins, types of logins, user activity periods. The results obtained are compared with the design assumptions. Conclusions are formulated in terms of user behavior, their use for the resource and its further development. The accumulated data sample allows you to attempt to determine the standard types of activity and its correlation with generally accepted statements of typical social behavior.

W niniejszej pracy staraliśmy się wykazać, że właściwym sposobem radzenia sobie z brakiem precyzji danych spotykanych w procesie planowania działań operacyjnych, szczególnie w rejonie wód przybrzeżnych, jest odwołanie się do informacji przestrzennej o prądach morskich. Przedstawiliśmy sposoby jakie wykorzystujemy do pozyskiwania niezbędnych dla nas danych środowiskowych oraz metody ich praktycznego wykorzystania. Na przykładzie opracowywanej przez nas bezzałogowej platformy pływającej pokazaliśmy, iż tego typu dane są niezbędne do realizacji zadań operacyjnych w strefie przybrzeżnej przez pojazdy bezzałogowe.

Operational tasks are directed into shallow waters, therefore the use of unmanned vehicles might be very useful. Research in this area is conducted in many countries. We need very detailed data about the present and future state of the environment where the UV operate. This is the primary requirement. In this paper, we present the first Polish Unmanned Surface Vehicle, supported by the Polish Ministry of Science and Higher Education, grant 0 ROO 0004 07.

Experimental investigations of external characteristics and the detailed flow structures in a two-stage low-pressure turbine were conducted. The objective of this study was to gain more insight into unsteady flow phenomena affecting flow behaviour due to the stator wake clocking effects in multi-stage machines. A clocking mechanism allows the first stator to be moved relative to the second stage stator. Analysis of the experimental results includes turbine performance as well as steady and unsteady flow measurements throughout the flow field for different circumferential positions of both stators. A global review of the clocking effect is presented.

The author describes tha main factors deciding on the conditions of the work of slide bearings.Necessary and sufficient conditions for the occurance of a defiend kind of friction are presented in the paper.On the basis of a bearing with convex bearing bush surface the possibilities of decrasing the influence of inclination of journal axis for liquid lubrication is described.The paper also presents phenomena,espacially thermal, occcuring in the conditions of dry, mixed and liquid friction.
