W artykule dokonano przeglądu ustanowionych Polskich Norm decydujących o zapewnieniu wysokiej jakości procesu wytwarzania powłok natryskiwanych cieplnie. Przedstawiono normy dotyczące zasad wprowadzania systemów jakości w zakładach wykonujących proces natryskiwania cieplnego, normy dotyczące kwalifikacji personelu wykonującego oraz nadzorującego proces natryskiwania cieplnego oraz normy dotyczące badań odbiorczych urządzeń do natryskiwania cieplnego. Przedstawiono krótki opis każdej z tych norm.

The paper reviewed the set of Polish Standards determining high quality of thermally sprayed coatings. The study presents the standards on quality assurance measures for thermal spray instalations, personel qualification (both thermal sprayer and supervising personel), testing of components and accompanying speciments and quality assurance measures. A short description of each of these standards was given.

Badania nieniszczące wykonywane są celem wykrycia niebezpiecznych nieciągłości i zalecenia ich likwidacji przed oddaniem konstrukcji do eksploatacji. Rygorystyczne wymagania stawiane są w normie ISO operatorom wykonującym badania. Zlecenie na badanie zawiera określony przez projektanta zakres badania i wymagania jakościowe, będące podstawą do doboru metody i techniki badania. Dla złączy spawanych do każdej metody badania istnieje norma badawcza i norma akceptująca. Organizowane są liczne, krajowe i międzynarodowe konferencje badań nieniszczących, na których referowane są najnowsze osiągnięcia i doświadczenia.

The purpose of nondestructive testing is the detection of dangerous imperfections and recommendation to their removing before the structure is put into operation. Rigorous requirements are set-in ISO standard- to ndt operators. Every order on nondestructive testing includes defined by structure designer the scope of testing and quality requirements, which is the base to the selection of testing method. In case of welded joints examination and acceptation ISO standard is in use. Numerous country and international conferences are organized to present the newest achievements in the field of nondestructive testing.
