Rewolucja, obejmująca inteligentne technologie, cyfrowe innowacje oraz zaawansowany postęp technologiczny wkracza we wszystkie sfery ludzkiego życia, a szybko rozwijająca się tzw. rozszerzona rzeczywistość, poprawiająca istniejącą rzeczywistość na lepiej przyswajalną, ewoluuje się z dnia na dzień. Tworzą się nowe typy interakcji między jednostką a społeczeństwem, radykalnie zmieniają się formy wzajemnego komunikowania się jednostek. Mogą one prowadzić do utraty części podmiotowości i sprawności intelektualnej. W prezentowanej pracy przedstawiono niektóre teoretyczne i praktyczne aspekty wpływu tych zjawisk na tożsamość jednostki oraz podkreślono konieczność uzyskania nowych kompetencji komunikacyjnych w procesie edukacji.

The revolution, embracing smart technologies, digital innovations and advanced technological progress, enters all spheres of human life and the rapidly growing, so-called augmented reality, improving existing reality in order to make it more comprehensible, evolves overnight. New types of interactions between the individual and society are created and the forms of mutual communication between individuals are radically changing. They can lead to the loss of some part of one’s subjectivity and mental performance. The paper presents some theoretical and practical aspects of the influence of these phenomena on personal identity and it also emphasizes the need to acquire new communication competences in the educational process.

Celem artykułu jest odpowiedź na pytanie, w jakim stopniu pełniona przez dowódców wojskowych rola zawodowa wpływa na ich tożsamość. Wywiady przeprowadzone z generałami i admirałami Wojska Polskiego wskazują na to, że ich tożsamość społeczna ma kluczowe znaczenie dla obrazu siebie. Tożsamość społeczna jest spójna z tożsamością osobistą. Respondenci identyfikują się z wartościami etosowymi organizacji. Najbardziej istotne doświadczenia w ich życiu, definiujące kim są i do czego zmierzają, związane są z pracą zawodową.

This article aims to answer the question of how professional identity affects the individual. Specific study is centered on military commanders caring out their professional roles, with question of how they identify with it. Research is based on interviews with generals and admirals of the Polish Army. As it is indicated their social identity is crucial for self-image. Social identity, as the author claims, is consistent with the personal identity of a given individual. Hence the finding, analyzing responses to this problem, respondents in general identify with the values of an organization. This is the most significant experience in their lives, defining who they are and what aims are associated with and because of their professional military duties. Without a doubt a military ethos and interconnected values play an important role for a profession.

The author devised the Theory of Genetic Immortality and a new branch of pedagogy - The Holistic Pedagogy. He presents the new holistic multidisciplinary view of several fundamental notions, as life, consciousness, personal identity, heredity, genetic memory, etc. In Accordance with to the above, the revision of to-date terminology is proposed. The author claims the notion of heredity can be understood as continuity of the parents' life in children. Therefore, the chain of life and consciousness has not been interrupted despite the death of an individual. Methods applied by the author during the investigation were: introspection, logic (logistics), observation, psychometric and physiometric tests, questionnaires, as well as spectrum of the photon emission (in cooperation with other researchers). The program of investigation including the state of relxation and the peculiar state of consciousness named by the author "the state undergoing no change" or "universal state of consciousness" was extended to about 1000 schoolboys and schoolgirls, and about 5000 university students.

Autor jest twórcą Teorii Nieśmiertelności Genetycznej i nowego kierunku w pedagogice - Pedagogiki Holisycznej. Proponuje on nowy pogląd multidyscyplinarny, dotyczący szeregu podstawowych terminów: życia, świadomości, tożsamości osobniczej, dziedziczności, pamięci genetycznej itp. Zdaniem autora, pojęcie dziedziczności winno być interpretowane jako kontynuacja życia rodziców przez potomstwo. Dlatego łańcuch życia i świadomości nie zostaje przerwany mimo śmierci danego indywiduum. Metody zastosowane przez autora w trakcie badań były następujące: introspekcja, logika (logistyka), obserwacja, testy psychologiczne i fizjologiczne, ankieta, jak również badanie emisji fotonowej (we współpracy z innymi badaczami). Program badań, uwzględniający stan relaksacji oraz szczególny stan świadomości nazwany przez autora „stanem nie podlegającym zmianom" lub „uniwersalnym stanem świadomości, objął około 1000 młodzieży szkolnej obojga płci oraz około 5000 studentów wyższych uczelni.

The style of dealing with stress is understood as a repetitive, individualised way of behaviour in various difficult situations. Many aware and unaware styles of dealing with stress have been differentiated: focusing on performing a task, focusing on emotions, focusing on avoidance (taking up replacement and social activities). The identity feeling refers generally to the question of feeling different from the environment, the feeling of the own “ego” continuity and inner mental coherence. It has been assumed in the article that the identity feeling is expressed in the intensity of the following three tendencies: autistic, symbiotic and of separation. It has been assumed that certain ties and dependencies arise between the mentioned above co-ordinates. The research carried out using EWJ -2 and C1SS questionnaires partially confirmed the correlation between the identity feeling and the styles of dealing with stress preferred by officers.
