Geometria powłoki w podatnych konstrukcjach gruntowo-powłokowych podlega ciągłym zmianom od czasu jej zmontowania z arkuszy blach falistych do analizowanego stanu obiektu. Istotny jest zatem bezpieczny zakres tej deformacji w okresie budowy i użytkowania obiektu. Do oceny bezpieczeństwa zaproponowano w pracy, jako miarodajny wskaźnik, zmianę krzywizny jako funkcję ugięcia klucza powłoki. W artykule analizuje się podobieństwo zachowania się powłoki do konstrukcji belkowej wykonanej z betonu sprężonego.

Shell geometry in flexible soil-steel structures is subject to constant changes since the assembling of the shell from corrugated steel sheets to the analysed state of the structure. Therefore the safe range of such a deformation during the construction and service of the structure is crucial. The change of curvature as a function of the deflection of the shell’s crown point is proposed in the paper as a meaningful indicator to assess the safety of the structure. The article analyses the similarity of the shell’s behaviour to a beam structure made of prestressed concrete.
