Implementing the PKP S.A. strategy shall ensure preparing the Polish railway transport for the upcoming challenges. Macroeconomic trends clearly indicate the necessity to develop multimodality of people and cargo transport. In terms of cargo logistics, Poland must use the great advantage of geographical location at the crossing of European corridors: East-West and North-South. Multimodality of passenger transport should be built through railway station investments, which lead to the improvement of availability and connection of different transport sectors. At the same time, considering the continuous globalization and consolidation processes in Europe as well as all over the world, a necessity of creating a potent and integrated railway infrastructure that would operate as a holding company.

W artykule scharakteryzowano klastry turystyczne i proces rozwoju zintegrowanych produktów turystycznych. Wskazano miejsce i rolę usług transportowych w ramach zintegrowanych produktów turystycznych. Dla określenia skali problemu dokonano identyfikacji klastrów turystycznych w Polsce i wskazano ich strukturę. Przedstawiono praktyczne aspekty organizacyjne przewozu osób w klastrach turystycznych przez przewoźnika zewnętrznego i przez przedsiębiorstwo transportowe będące członkiem klastra turystycznego. Wskazano korzyści i zagrożenia dla przedsiębiorstwa transportowego przystępującego do klastra turystycznego

In the paper, we characterize tourism clusters and the process of developing integrated tourism product. In particular, we discuss the place and role of transportation services in the context of such products. Moreover, we investigate the scale of the problem by identifying tourism clusters in Poland and examining their structures. We discuss practical, organizational aspects of transporting people in tourism clusters by external operators and the ones belonging to the cluster. Finally, we show the potential benefits and threats from the perspective of operators wanting to join a tourism cluster.

W rzeczywistych warunkach panujących na drogach napotykamy wiele przeszkód, których nie można przewidzieć. Powodują one zmiany przemieszczeń pasażerów względem swojej prawidłowej pozycji bezpiecznego podróżowania. W pracy skupiono się na zachowaniu się pojazdu oraz wpływu pokonywanej przeszkody na poziom komfortu pasażerów przewożonych przez samochód przystosowany do transportu 9 osób. Wykonano badania, których celem było określenie przemieszczeń kątowych pojazdu osobowego podczas przejazdu przez przeszkodę. Badania odbywały się na suchej nawierzchni wykonanej z kostki brukowej. Osiągane wartości przyspieszeń w danych warunkach atmosferycznych i nawierzchni determinują zakres bezpieczeństwa pojazdu oraz jego pasażerów. W artykule przedstawiono wyniki badań doświadczalnych procesu intensywnego przyspieszania, przejazdu przez przeszkodę i hamowania samochodu przystosowanego do transportu osób z wykorzystaniem dwóch zakresów prędkości przejazdu przez przeszkodę.

In real conditions prevailing on the road we encounter many obstacles, which can not be predicted. They cause changes in passenger movements relative to its correct position for safe travel. The paper focuses on the behavior of the vehicle and the impact of obstacles on your movement comfort level of passengers carried by the car adapted for the transport of 9 persons. Performed studies which aim to determine the angular displacements of the passenger vehicle while passing through the obstacle. Tests were conducted on dry roads made of cobblestones. Achieved acceleration values in the data and surface weather conditions determine the scope of the safety of the vehicle and its passengers. The article presents the results of experimental studies of the process of intense acceleration, passing through the obstacle and braking of the car adapted to transport people from using two speed ranges passing through the barrier.

In the paper a fast autowalk with a walk-on accelerating segment and a walk-off slowing down segment for transport of both people and loading has been presented. The solution suggested in the paper ensures that its efficiency can reach a dozen or so thousand people per hour on a route of several hundred metres. In comparison with similar existing autowalks, this one has the speed of a high-speed segment around 8-10 times higher in relation with the safe speed of the first segment to be walked on.
