Przedstawiono wstępne wyniki badań wpływu ruchu samochodowego na lokalne zmiany depozycji zanieczyszczeń l (S02, N02, Cd, Cu, Ni, Pb i Zn) w pobliżu szlaków komunikacyjnych. Stężenia SO2 i NO2 oznaczano zmodyfikowaną metodą pasywną Amaya. Do oceny depozycji metali ciężkich wykorzystano lichenomonitoring aktywny, polegający na ekspozycji transplantowanych porostów w pobliżu drogi. Badania prowadzono w administracyjnych granicach miasta Opole przy obwodnicy północnej, będącej częścią drogi krajowej łączącej autostradę A4 m.in. z drogą w kierunku na Warszawę. Wykazano, że stężenia SO2 i NO2 w powietrzu zmniejszają się wraz z odległością od drogi. Wykazano także zwiększoną akumulację w porostach Cd, Cu i Pb.

The initial results of investigations concerning the impact of traffic on local changes in deposition of pollutants (S02, NO2, Cd, Cu, Ni, Pb and Zn) in the yicinity of roads were described. The SO2 and NO2 concentrations were determined using a modified passive Amaya method. To assess the deposition of heavy metals the active lichenomonitoring method was used which involves exposure of transplanted lichens in the yicinity of the road. The study was conducted in the administrative limits of the city of Opole in the northern beltway, which is part of the national road linking the A4 highway with the road towards Warsaw. It has been shown that the concentrations of SO2 and NO2 in the air decreased with distance from the road. The increased concentrations of Cd, Cu and Pb accumulated in lichens were observed.

We propose the creation of a multi-domain measurement framework with dynamic characteristics identical to that of the network as a whole. Our approach recognises and facilitates the ability of independent network entities to set policies and limits on the use of measurement resources locally while encouraging and facilitating the use of such resources by users interested in network paths that traverse remote administrative domains.
