In a complicated economic systems as towns are ,we can observe constant increase of importance and usage of information in every area of public life. This is mainly connected with different ways of migration. Local authorities and public transport coordinators try to improve the system and make life easier for citizens and tourists. They support them by delivering up to date travel flash. But the public transport users are not always satisfied with the quality and the ways of information. The aim of the article is to evaluate the quality of transport information delivered at the time of planning the trip. From the research shows that passengers positive about the quality and distributions channels of information. Alarmed by the fact that a large proportion of respondents had no opinion on the questions.
