The paper aims to analyse the current market in the carrier, express and parcel services market in the EU and Slovakia from the economic, societal, and technical view. It is divided into an introduction, an analysis of the current state in the EU and Slovakia, and a discussion and conclusions. The paper also includes related statistical data presented in the form of graphs. As a result, the development of the CEP market is possible only with a focus on improving the efficiency of delivery, motorisation, unification, expanding the network of collection points and improving the customer experience.

W pracy przeanalizowano proces ustalania dróg publicznych oraz nadawania im kategorii i numeru, warunkujących prawo własności. Podkreślono konieczność czynnego udziału wielu podmiotów publicznoprawnych i ich wzajemnych zależności w tych procesach. Zbadano poziom aktualności danych ewidencyjnych gruntów stanowiących drogi publiczne, strukturę własności działek drogowych, poziom regulacji stanów prawnych dróg oraz kategoryzacji działek drogowych. Zwrócono uwagę na problemy określania jednoznacznych danych ewidencyjnych dla działek drogowych położonych w liniach rozgraniczających skrzyżowań dróg publicznych różnych kategorii. Zbadano zawartość dokumentacji znajdującej się w obrocie prawnym. Podkreślono brak regulacji odnoszących się do etapu realizacji inwestycji drogowej, na którym prawa zarządcy drogi podlegają ujawnieniu w ewidencji gruntów i budynków Zaprezentowano autorskie rozwiązania ww problemów w świetle obowiązujących przepisów.

In the research there was analyzed the process of public road course determination and assigning category and numbers to them, conditioning right of property The necessity of active participation of many regulatory entities and their mutual relations in those processes was mentioned. The relevance of topicality of register data of parcels constituting public roads, ownership structure of road parcels, regulation state of legal status and route parcels classification, were elaborated. Attention was also drawn to the determination of unequivocal register data issues for route parcels situated in lines of demarcation of different category public road junctions. The content of documentation being present in legal affair was investigated. The author stressed the absence of regulation concerning the stage of road investment fulfillment, on which rights of road administrator are subject to disclosure in land and premises register. There were presented author ś solutions of aforementioned issues in light of current regulations.
