Omówiono badania i analizę zapadów napięcia występujących w układzie zasilającym 15 kV dużego zakładu przemysłowego oraz ograniczanie skutków tych zapadów.

The paper discusses research and analysis of voltage dips that occur in 15 kV supplying system of large industrial plant as well as methods used to reduce them.

Omówiono fizyczne modele trójfazowej sieci energetycznej - wzorce parametrów sieci sinusoidalnej i niesinusoidalnej, spokojnej i niespokojnej. Przedstawiono rozwój wzorców parametrów sieci energetycznej i ich koncepcje, od pierwszego ROTEK 800 do najnowszego krajowego CALMET C300, oraz perspektywy ich dalszego rozwoju.

This article presents an idea of a physical models of three phase network - standards of sinusoidal and nonsinusoidal, stable and variable power network parameters named as the Power Calibrators or Electrical Power Standards. Terminology problems are discussed in section 1. Pyramid of standards for calibration of power network parameters meters and power quality analysers (Fig.1) and actual model power network with description of quantity and quality of energy (section 3) are described. There is presented progress of power network parameters standards and their concepts, from the first standards of sinusoidal and stable power network parameters ROTEK 800 [8] from USA and LUMEL SQ33 [9] from Poland to the newest standards of nonsinusoidal and variable power network parameters ROTEK 8100 [14] and FLUKE 6100A [15] from USA and CALMET C300 [20] from Poland. Progress analysis in construction of multiphase relay testers (section 5), advantages of their physical realisations and philosophy of their programming makes possible to design and introduce modern medium accuracy 0,05 and portable the C300 three phase power calibrator. Idea and construction of the new generation stationary single position meter test bench model LS3, as example of using the C300 calibrators is presented (Fig.6). The C300 calibrators, similar to SQ33 calibrators 20-ty years ago, are keeping our good position in the world market in medium accuracy power network parameters standards.
