W pracy opisano autorską metodę do określania ciepła spalania gazu ziemnego. Porównano ją z innymi aktualnie stosowanymi metodami. W opisie zwrócono uwagę na normy z zakresu jakości gazu ziemnego, jakie obowiązują w Europie i na Ukrainie. Na tej podstawie opracowano i opisano budowę przyrządu pomiarowego do określania ciepła spalania gazu ziemnego w miejscu odbioru konsumenckiego. Przyrząd ten wykonuje pomiar w stosunkowo krótkim czasie, co umożliwia monitorowanie ciepła spalania gazu w trybie on-line. Głównym tematem pracy jest analiza błędów autorskiej metody określania ciepła spalania gazu ziemnego.

The paper describes the original method for determining the heat of natural gas combustion. It was compared with other currently used methods. The standards for determining the quality of natural gas in force in Europe and Ukraine have been described. The proposed solution makes it possible to determine the heat of natural gas combustion at the place of consumer reception. In addition, the device performs measurement in a relatively short time allowing the monitoring of the heat of gas combustion in on-line mode. Metrological analysis was carried out in this work for such determination of the heat of natural gas combustion. The presented measurement method is characterized by a simple construction of measuring equipment that does not require special environmental conditions during testing. It may be used to monitor the quality of gas supplied at the place of collection. Based on the performed error analysis, it was found that the error value for determining the instantaneous value of the heat of combustion at the level of 2.5% of the measured value.

Parametry charakteryzujące jakość gazu ziemnego mają duży wpływ na charakterystykę techniczną oraz warunki eksploatacyjne reduktorów gazu. W celu zrozumienia przyczyn powstawania zakłóceń w czasie pracy reduktorów oraz określenia sposobu przeciwdziałania negatywnym skutkom zachodzących zjawisk, w artykule omówiono procesy termodynamiczne zachodzące podczas procesu redukcji (dławienia) gazu, mechanizm tworzenia się hydratów oraz teorię przemian dwufazowych (gaz-ciecz), związanych z wykraplaniem się kondensatów.

The parameters characterizing the quality of natural gas have a major impact on the technical characteristics and operating conditions of gas reducers. In order to understand the causes of disturbances during operation reducers and determine how to counteract the negative effects of the phenomena occurring in the article discusses the thermodynamic processes occurring during the process of reduction (choke) of gas, the mechanism of the formation of hydrates and the theory of alternating two-phase (gas-liquid) associated without dropping the condensates.
