Wentylator strumieniowy służy głównie temu, by wywołać ruch dużej ilości powietrza w kierunku istotnym z punktu widzenia intensywności działania wentylacji w konkretnej przestrzeni. Jego podstawowymi parametrami są wydajność, siła ciągu, średnica, prędkość wylotowa, hałas oraz moc.

Współczesne statki powietrzne wyposażone są w systemy pokładowe wymagające ciągłego monitorowania i podejmowania przez załogę działań mających na celu przeciwdziałanie ewentualnym nieprawidłowościom i zagrożeniom. Komunikaty opisujące stan nadzorowanych systemów przekazywane są załodze poprzez urządzenia tworzące pokładowy system ostrzegania FWS (Flight Warning System). W artykule przedstawiono charakterystykę następujących systemów: - alarmu wysokościowego (Altitude Alerting); - ostrzegania o przekroczeniu dopuszczalnej prędkości lotu (Overspeed Warning); - ostrzegania o przeciągnięciu (Stall Warning). Ostrzeżenia te stanowią pokładowy system ostrzegania o przekroczeniu dopuszczalnych parametrów aerometrycznych. Właściwa interpretacja parametrów aerodynamicznych oraz sygnałów ostrzegających o ich przekroczeniu ma istotny wpływ na bezpieczeństwo lotów.

Modern aircraft are equipped with on-board systems which require continuous monitoring and taking action by the crew in order to prevent possible malfunctions and threats. Messages reporting the status of monitored systems are sent to the crew by the Flight Warning System FWS. This article presents the characteristics of the following systems: - Altitude Alerting System; - Overspeed Warning; - Stall Warning. These alerts and warnings belong together to the Aerodynamic Warning System. The correct interpretation of aerodynamic parameters and alerts of their deviations has the significant influence on the flight safety.

W artykule przedstawiono wyniki badań wykonanych na stanowiskach pomiarowych producenta zbrojonych lutni elastycznych DUFLEX s.r.o. (Republika Czeska). Badano lutnie elastyczne o małych średnicach, to znaczy: 0,2, 0,3 oraz 0,5 m. Wykazano, że lutnie charakteryzowały się bardzo dobrą jakością uszczelnienia.

In the paper the results are presented of tests carried out on the laboratory stand of a manufacturer of flexible reinforced ductings DUFLEX s.r.o. in Baška, Czech Republic. In the frame of the study the flexible ductings of the following diameters have been tested: 0.2, 0.3 and 0.5 m. In this way, a gap in technical knowledge has been filled in regard to the values of specific aerodynamic resistances (r0) of ductings of small diameters. Ductings tested showed very good quality of their seal.

This paper contains a description of the aerodynamics of a wind turbine, including the methods of control and the results of studies on the effect of rotor structural characteristics on the operating parameters of a model wind turbine. The tests were carried out using a laboratory model of a wind turbine. Experimental results confirm the efficacy of model solutions for the basic teaching and training needs in cognitive and design issues concerning wind farms.

Dla potrzeb ogólnej analizy technicznej zjawiska propagacji hałasu w terenach otwartych wystarczająca jest ocena charakterystyki prędkości i kierunku wiatru oraz rozkład pionowy temperatury. W pracy przeanalizowano przede wszystkim czynnik aerodynamiczny i jego wpływ na profil prędkości dźwięku i w konsekwencji zwiększenie poziomu hałasu w punktach odbioru.

Vertical profile of the wind speed is one of the most important parameters which have influence on the sound celerity and finally on the noise level. The analysis of this factor in the dependence of the receiver points positions is presented in this paper.
