The constant development of all areas of human life forces the continuity of an awareness limited to individual selected issue, but also imposes searches in broader fields of science. The same phenomenon also did not miss the architectural design. Dynamism of changes and participation, among others, mathematics, computer sciences or biology design entered confusion and false perception of the definition of the new methods of design. The main goal of the article is to organize the principles that govern parametric, generative, evolutionary, bionic or organic design. The basis for distinguishing between these issues is to define the objectives of the initial formation of a solid object. Evolution of changes in modern design techniques is also a great record of the history of human conscious creation of an architectural form.

The main purpose of this paper is to present approach to QoS/QoE monitoring and parametric model creation for IPTV service. Monitoring system was used to perform on-line monitoring both MPEG TS parameters and subjective assessments (MOS). The second part of this work present parametric model for IPTV service, which describes relationships between single network parameters such as: jitter, packet loss, packet corrupt and throughput and subjective/objective quality measures (MOS, MSE). Created model shows influence of modified network conditions on the perceived video quality for variety vide o sequences extracted from IPTV network stream. This work also presents methodology of tests and their results which can be used to estimate the perceived quality for changes associated with modification of single network parameters.

Głównym celem artykułu jest przedstawienie podejścia do monitorowania QoS/QoE i tworzenia modeli parametrycznych dla usługi IPTV. System monitorowania został użyty do monitorowania on-line parametrów (TS) MPEG i subiektywnej oceny (MOS). Druga część pracy prezentuje model parametryczny dla usług IPTV, który opisuje relacje między poszczególnymi parametrami sieciowymi, takimi jak: jitter, utrata pakietów, pakiety uszkodzone i przepustowość oraz subiektywnych/obiektywnych miar jakości (MOS, MSE). Stworzony model pokazuje wpływ zmiany warunków sieciowych na postrzeganą jakość wideo dla różnych sekwencji wideo pochodzących ze strumienia IPTV. Praca przedstawia również metodologię badań i wyniki, które można wykorzystać do oszacowania postrzeganej jakości zmian związanych z modyfikacją poszczególnych parametrów sieciowych.

Regular and chaotic vibrations of the system composed of two parametrically and self-excited oscillators are analysed in the paper. The considered system is excited by a non-ideal energy source represented by DC motor with limited power supply. Interactions between different vibration types, bifurcation and the synchronisation regions are found by analytical and numerical methods. Influence of the most important parameters on transition through resonance areas is presented. Possible chaotic motions are determined by Lyapunov exponent criterion.

W pracy przeprowadzona została analiza granicznych parametrów procesu, czego wynikiem - na drodze eksperymentu - miało być typowanie optymalnych efektów produktowych. W zestawieniu z możliwymi wpływami czynników endo- i egzogenicznych na etapy tworzenia parametrów wytwórczych i ich weryfikację - możliwa stała się optymalizacja procesu (docelowo wytwórczego), warunkującego oczekiwaną jakość wytwórczą.

The analysis of parameter of boundary process has been carried in work, on way of experiment that result- choosing of optimal product effect had to be. In juxtaposition with possible influences of factors: internal and external, expect quality on periods of creation of parameters fabricate possible- become optimization process stipulating fabricate.
