Uzwojenie wirnika w silnikach indukcyjnych klatkowych dużej mocy jest wykonane z prętów miedzianych. Pierścienie zwierające pręty nie przylegają do pakietu blach. Pakiety blach wirnika są mocowane (ściskane) tarczami stalowymi zablokowanymi na wale. Problemem jest ściskanie zębów. Zęby najczęściej są ściskane „palcami” połączonymi z tarczą ściskającą. W artykule przedstawiono innowacyjny sposób rozwiązania mocowania pakietu blach wirnika. Tarcze ściskające są sklejone z blach, identycznych jak blachy w pakiecie wirnika. Kilka blach, na końcu pakietu, ma częściowo obcięte zęby, a w zębach blach skrajnych, pod główkami, są dodatkowe wycięcia. Główki zębów w tarczach ściskających są związane szpagatem.

The rotor winding in high-power squirrel-cage induction motors is made of copper rods. The rings containing the bars do not adhere to the sheet metal package. The rotor plate packs are fastened (compressed) with steel discs locked on the shaft. The problem is tooth squeezing. The teeth are most often compressed by „fingers” connected to a squeezing disk. The article presents an innovative method of mounting the rotor plate pack. The compression discs are made of sheet metal, identical to the sheet metal in the rotor assembly. Several sheets at the end of the bundle have partially cut teeth, and in the teeth of the edge sheets, under the heads, there are additional notches. The tooth heads in the compression discs are tied with twine.
