W pracy przedstawiono właściwości tribologiczne powłok tlenkowych, przy współpracy ślizgowej z kompozytem zawirającym politetrafluoroetylen oraz napełniaczw postaci grafitu. badania przeprowadzono w warunkach tarcia technicznie suchego. Określono zuzycie masowe oraz współczynnik tarcia.Wyniki przeprowadzonych badań pozwalają na progarmowanie właściwości tribologicznych nowo opracowanych materiałów przeznaczonych do współpracy ślizgowej na etapie ich wytwarzania

Inthis paper the tribological properties of the composition containing polytetrafluoro-ethylene with graphite under sliding cooperation against the oxide cover are presented.The researches were conveyed under the circumstances of technically dry friction.Weight-wear and friction coefficient have been determunated. Results of research conducted will make it possible to program tribological properties of newly preparated materials designed for slide cooperation in stage of their production. The method of hard anodic treatment at raised temperatures developed in the Institute of Engineering Problems of the University of Silesia does not require cooling and the heat is used for oxide coatings properties control.At the right amount of electrolyte in relation to the area of surfaces under oxidation , it is possible to carry on oxidation without additional expaenses on heat abstraction. According to the method begig propased oxidation is carried out in trenary woder electrolyte called SAS.The SAS electrolyte consist of, among oderthings, sulfarine acid, adipic acid and oxalic acid. Temperature of the electrolyte during oxidation is within the range from 293K to 313K ,where as the anodic current denisity is within the range 2-4 A/dm2. Under the conditions technically dry friction the sliding film forms on AHC during operating.The sliding film changes character of the cooperation from from plastic/AHC to plastic/plastic.The materials containing polytetrafluoroetthylene (PTFE),which is characterized by the small friction factor, are used for sliding elements of machines and devices. Pure PTFE has some disdrantagenos properties like e.g. creep under load, small hardness and bad heat conduction.To supres these shortcomings partially the special types of plastics for mating with AHC have been designed.PTFE is only the lubricating agent not constructional material in these plastics. To improve tribological properties of PTFE a little amount of graphiteis usually added.The most profitable tribological characteristics one can obtain for the graphite admixture in amount of 15% (TG15-type plastic).
