Celem niniejszego artykułu jest przedstawienie polskiemu środowisku naukowców i inżynierów niemieckiego sposobu organizacji badań naukowych przy kompleksowych projektach interdyscyplinarnych, w kontekście organizacji podobnych projektów w Polsce. Problematyka ta zostanie omówiona na przykładzie programu badawczego SFB 562 powołanego w latach 2000 - 2010 na Politechnice w Braunschweigu w temacie „Systemy robotyczne dla manipulacji i montażu - Szybkie manipulatory równoległe z elementami adaptronicznymi". W pierwszej części artykułu przedstawiono motywację powołania takiego programu badawczego oraz jego organizację, a także opracowaną w ramach tego programu uniwersalną architekturę systemu robotycznego. W drugiej części artykułu zaprezentowane zostaną podstawowe kierunki prac badawczych oraz prototypy manipulatorów o kinematyce równoległej zbudowane w ramach tego programu.

The main objective of this paper is to present to the Polish society of scientists and engineers the way complex interdisciplinary projects are carried out in Germany in comparison to the way they could be conducted in Poland. This subject will be discussed based on the research programme SFB 562 carried out in the years 2000 - 2010 at the Technical University of Braunschweig with the subject "Robotic systems for handling and assembly - Rapid parallel manipulators with adaptronic components". In the first part of this paper the reasons for carrying out this research programme and its organisation was presented. An organisation of universal robotic system architecture developed within this programme was aIso shown. In the second part of this paper basic directions of research and prototype constructions of parallel kinematics built within this program will be described and discussed.

The paper presents and compares organisation of national innovation systems in Poland and Israel focusing on the role of innovation, entrepreneurship and technology transfer centres, as the intermediaries between the R&D and the industry. The paper argues that close cooperation and mutual interactions between the world of science and business accelerate innovation commercialisation processes and stimulate innovative and competitive growth of the economy.

W artykule zaprezentowano i dokonano porównania izraelskiego i polskiego systemu innowacji, ze szczególnym uwzględnieniem roli, jaką w tych systemach odgrywają organizacje pośredniczące w transformacji wiedzy i transferze technologii z instytucji sektora B+R do przemysłu. W artykule podkreślono kluczowe znaczenie tych struktur wsparcia komercjalizacji wyników prac badawczych jako stymulantów powiązań pomiędzy światem nauki a biznesu i akceleratorów zrównoważonego rozwoju gospodarki.
