W artykule opisano zaprojektowany i wykonany system do identyfikacji szumów wybuchowych (RTS – Random Telegraph Signal) występujących w transoptorach typu CNY17. Z metod umożliwiających ocenę parametrów szumów wybuchowych wybrano do realizacji metodę Wzorów Obrazów Szumów – WOS (ang.

In the paper the universal system for identification of Random Telegraph Signal (RTS) noise as a non-Gaussian component of the inherent noise signal in CNY17 optocoupler devices is presented. To identification of RTS noise the Noise Scattering Patterns (NSP) method was chosen. The method allows to identify the Gaussian and non-Gaussian distributions of noise temporary values in a very simple way. Impulses are characterized by constant amplitude and random occurrence of impulses. The system consists of two main parts: the measurement circuit and a data acquisition circuit. The system automatically tests optocouplers and the results are presented on graphic display of the device.

In the paper, localization of a source of random telegraph signal noise (RTS noise) in optocoupler devices of CNY 17 type was defined. The equivalent noise circuit in low frequency noise for these types of optocouplers was proposed.
