In this paper, we initiate some new operators for Pythagorean fuzzy set and discuss their properties in detail. Then, a new score function of Pythagorean fuzzy number (PFN) is proposed for solving the failure problems when comparing two PFNs. Later, we present an algorithm for solving multi-criteria decision making (MCDM) problem based on Weighted Distance Based Approximation (WDBA). Finally, the effectiveness and feasibility of approach is demonstrated by some numerical examples. The salient features of the proposed method, compared to the existing Pythagorean fuzzy decision making methods, are (1) it can derive a ranking without the complex process; (2) it can obtain the optimal alternative without counterintuitive phenomena; (3) it has a great power in distinguishing the optimal alternative.

The article presents an example of the use of functional series for the analysis of nonlinear systems for discrete time signals. The homogeneous operator is defined and it is decomposed into three component operators: the multiplying operator, the convolution operator and the alignment operator. An important case from a practical point of view is considered – a cascade connection of two polynomial systems. A new, binary algorithm for determining the sequence of complex kernels of cascade from two sequences of kernels of component systems is presented. Due to its simplicity, it can be used during iterative processes in the analysis of nonlinear systems (e.g. feedback systems).

The paper presents the relation between the three types of noncausal digital filters: unitary, Hermitian and antihermitian filters. A decomposition has been made of a causal filter into a Hermitian and unitary filter cascade, and the use of this decomposition to calculate the electric power quality of receivers has been highlighted. Reference has also been made to the analogy between the set of unitary filters and the unit circle in the Gaussian plane.

W artykule podano związek między trzema typami nieprzyczynowych filtrów cyfrowych: filtrami unitarnymi, hermitowskimi i antyhermitowskimi. Dokonano też rozkładu filtru przyczynowego na kaskadę filtru hermitowskiego i unitarnego, oraz zwrócono uwagę na zastosowanie tego rozkładu do jakościowo-energetycznej oceny odbiorników energii elektrycznej. Nawiązano też do analogii zbioru filtrów unitarnych i okręgu jednostkowego na płaszczyźnie Gaussa.

W artykule rozwiązano zagadnienie minimalizacji normy wahania napięcia rzeczywistego źródła energii elektrycznej, które zastępuje złożoną sieć zasilającą, uwzględniając również stany przejściowe. Stany te wywoływane są zmianami poboru mocy czynnej od strony odbiornika i kołysaniami sygnału napięcia źródłowego sieci. Użyto nowego aparatu matematycznego wynikłego z połączenia pojęcia ruchomej mocy czynnej i modulacji sygnałów harmonicznych.

In the paper was solved the problem of minimizing the standard voltage fluctuations real source of electricity, which replaces a complex supply network, also taking into account transient states. These states are caused by changes in active power consumption from the receiver and signal rocking of voltage source network. It was used a new mathematical concepts resulting from the merger of moving active power and harmonic signals modulation.

The paper presents the new optimal real-time control algorithm of the power source. The minimum of the square-instantaneous current was assumed as an optimal criterion, with an additional constraint on source instantaneous power. The mathematical model of a multiphase source was applied as a voltage-current convolution in the discrete time domain. The resulting control algorithm was the recursive digital filter with infinite recursion.

This paper describes a new method of determining the reactive power factor. The reactive power factor herein is calculated on the basis of time samples and not] with the Fourier transform of signals, like it was done previously. The new reactive power factor calculation results from the receiver admittance-operator decomposition into the product of self-adjoint and unitary operators. This is an alternative decomposition to another one, namely into a sum of the Hermitian and skew-Hemiitian operators.

In this paper, we study dynamical systems induced by a certain group [formula] embedded in the Hecke algebra H(Gp) induced by the generalized linear group Gp = GL2(Qp) over the p-adic number fields Qp for a fixed prime p. We study fundamental properties of such dynamical systems and the corresponding crossed product algebras in terms ol free probability on the Hecke algebra H(Gp).

In the circuits of electrical signals belonging to the L1-impulses space or periodic signals space, occurring there real distribution of electrical currents does not meet the principle of minimum energy losses [1, 2]. The solution to this problem is to introduce the control system as current-dependent voltage sources vector, entered into a meshes set of a complex RLC network. It has been shown that the control is energy-neutral (optimal control) [2]. For energy-optimal controlling, to obtain the control operator, the inversion of R(s) operator is required. It is the matrix operator and the dispersive operator (it depends on frequency). Inversion of such operators is inconvenient because it is algorithmically complicated. To avoid this, the operator R(s) is replaced by the R’ operator which is a matrix, but nondispersive one (does not depend on s). Such control is called the suboptimal control.

The aim of this study was to examine the effect of resonant breathing biofeedback training for reducing stress among manufacturing operators. Resonant breathing biofeedback works by teaching people to recognize their involuntary heart rate variability and to control patterns of this physiological response. Thirty-six female operators from an electronic manufacturing factory were randomly assigned as the experimental group (n = 19) and the control group (n = 17). The participants of the intervention received 5 weekly sessions of biofeedback training. Physiological stress profiles and self-perceived depression, anxiety, and stress scale (DASS) were assessed at pre- and post-intervention. Results indicated that depression, anxiety, and stress significantly decreased after the training in the experimental group; they were supported by a significant increase in physiological measures. Overall, these results support the potential application of resonant biofeedback training to reduce negative emotional symptoms among industrial workers.

Matrices of operators with respect to frames are sometimes more natural and easier to compute than the ones related to bases. The present work investigates such operators on the Segal-Bargmann space, known also as the Fock space. We consider in particular some properties of matrices related to Toeplitz and Hankel operators. The underlying frame is provided by normalised reproducing kernel functions at some lattice points.

We consider some operations on affine planes which resemble the construction of a derived affine plane at a point of the Benz plane. We call them Benz-contractions (B-contractions) , distinguishing between chain contractions and generator contractions. We prove that the Pappos-Pascal configuration is the B-contraction of the affine plane of order 4 and we relate it to the Havlicek-Tietze configuration. We present a new (HT)o-configuration and research some problems of embeddability for (P-P), (H-T), and (HT)o. We propose a method of finding (n - 2) regular configurations on an arbitrary affine plane of order n. Among them are pairs of configurations with dual type and each such a pair can be completed with one point and n -f 1 lines to the initial plane. We prove that for an arbitrary n odd, the non-existence of the symmetric configuration ( n2-1/2, n+1/2) the non-existence of the projective plane of order n. On the basis of Gropp's article flOj, we solve some current problems concerning the existence of non-symmetric configurations with a natural index.

Matrix representations of bounded Hilbert space operators are considered. The matrices in question are defined with respect to frames, rather than bases. The frames, a generalisation of bases, used extensively in applied harmonic analysis, are overcomplete sequences. We consider some properties related to tight frames, where, up to some multiplicative constant, a form of Parseval Identity takes place. We also describe parts of spectra of operators in terms of their matrices.

Operators preserving singularity and nonsingularity of matrices were studied in paper of P. Botta under the assumption that operators are linear. In the present paper the linearity of operators is not assumed: we only assume that operators are of the form T = (fi,j), wherei,j : K -> K and K is a field, i,j is an element of {1,2,...,n}. If n > 3, then in the matrix space Mn(K] operators preserving singularity and nonsingularity of matrices must be as in paper of P. Botta. If n < 2, operators may be nonlinear. In this case the forms of the operators are presented.

In the year 1993, Gupta and Srivastava [3] introduced the integral modication of the well known Basakov operators by taking the weight functions of Szasz basis function, so called Baskakov-Szasz operators. To prove our one of the direct theorems, we use the technique of a mathematical tool which is the linear approximating method and is known as the Steklov means.

In this paper the superposition operator in the space of vector-valued, bounded and continuous functions on a noncompact interval is considered. Acting conditions and criteria of continuity and compactness are established. As an application, an existence result for the nonlinear Hammerstein integral equation in this space is obtained.
