Artykuł przedstawia strukturę laboratorium i budowę wybranych stanowisk dydaktycznych. Zaprezentowano projekt systemu kierowania i sterowania ruchem kolejowym oraz rezultaty jego realizacji w postaci stanowisk systemu kontroli dyspozytorskiej i systemu stacyjnych urządzeń zależnościowych typu WT UZ z pulpitem nastawczym WT EPN. W dalszej części opisano prace oraz badania prowadzone w oparciu o zgromadzony sprzęt. Przedstawiono wkład Studenckiego Koła Naukowego „Balisa” w realizację rozwoju laboratorium.

The article describes structure of the laboratory and construction of selected didactic stands. It presents A Railway Traffic Management and Control System Design and effects of its realization which are A Train Dispatching System Stand and An Interlocking System for Stations of type WT UZ with An Operator Console of type WT EPN. The next part describes tasks and researches done with usage of the gathered equipment. The Students Scientific Group of Modern Railway Traffic Management Technologies “Balisa” contributions to the laboratory development are also presented.

The authors in this publication present the concept of control system for the console operator to manage mobile robot platform and its components. Implemented functionality provides the ability to set the robot in different modes. The operator can control the state of robot using simple commands, and is also able to carry more complex tasks. The applied layered software architecture and Object-oriented programming (OOP) allows for easy management of software, maintenance, reusability and its further development.

This papers presents a concept of distributed computer control system of mobile platform. This system was designed and implemented at the Institute of Applied Computer Science (formerly the Computer Engineering Department) as a grant: "Autonomous robot for surveillance and mine detection tasks". The main task was to encapsulate the functionality of the system as independent modules. They cover: the physical layer control, acquisition and fusion of data from different sensors, communication between the modules, analysis of image data. Mentioned mechanisms are also designed to perform autonomous behaviors.

[Obecnie jednym z ważniejszych ele mentów instalacji przemysłowej jest pulpit operatorski. Z reguły połączony jest on z centralnym urządzeniem sterującym, do którego doprowadzone są wszystkie sygnały elektryczne układu sterowania. Przy pomocy protokołu komunikacyjnego, obsługiwanego przez procesor pulpitu operatorskiego, wszystkie parametry urządzenia sterującego, np. sterownika PLC, przetwornicy częstotliwości czy serwonapędu, dostępne są dla człowieka. Oczywiście wymaga to zaprojektowania odpowiednich ekranów synoptycznych dla operatora urządzenia, serwisanta czy też producenta.]
